1/ Passion is awakened. There’s a spark of passion in all of us, passion is innate to our essential nature, however it remains dormant behind veils of ego till ignited. If we’re too acidic (in a bad mood) or too alkaline (over exhilarated), the cells of the body including the brain and nervous system cannot fire at maximum capacity. Our body chemistry needs to be just right, therefore if we want to ignite passion consistently it’s necessary to restore acid base equilibrium first thing every morning.
2/ Passion is variable. Past experiences which caused us pain physically, emotionally or mentally, get stored in the body creating blocks in transmission between brain and body, they vary from person to person, and from day to day. These blockages need to be released with bone-deep massage and exercise that stretches the connective tissue. As well cleaning any emotional charge associated with the painful experiences is necessary to relieve the memory of pain, it doesn’t happen automatically, it takes work.
3/ Passion is inspired. Literally, it’s necessary to ‘inspire’ enough oxygen to balance the acid-producing stress which has become our normal experience in a challenging world. It’s not enough however to simply hyperventilate or breath deeply. The kind of oxygenation that penetrates the deepest tissues of the body can only be accomplished with specialized exercise that opens up circulation in the organs instead of shutting it down as usually occurs with exercise that shifts almost all the blood volume to working muscles (most exercise has this effect).
4/ Passion is renewable. Fact is, even once we’ve processed our past experience, passion requires renewal every single day if we want to function in the zone over long hours of concentration at the computer. This means a tool that can accomplish this very fast without taking a lot of energy or taking up any of your valuable time is of the utmost importance. It needs to be ultra versatile so it’s doable anywhere anytime even in your business clothes should you need an extra boost before an important meeting, presentation or event.
5/ Passion is learnable. Yes it’s possible to improve your passion quotient by learning specific self massage techniques, emotion clearing processes, and visualization practices which, when combined with an exercise modality specially developed to promote the unobstructed distribution of electrolytes throughout the neural system in a flash, provide a relevant methodology that works with real world realities time and energy constraints. In other words, that is scientific because it produces the same benefits in everyone equally regardless of circumstance, body type, sex, race or religion.
6/ Passion is engineered. Ultimately passion cannot be engineered without achieving mind-body integration as a priority. It’s not possible to restore cohesion between all the different parts of the body daily without first balancing blood pH or acid base equilibrium. This requires equilibrating V02max in small and large muscles throughout the body, oxygenating deep organs as well muscles, and stimulating neuro-lymphatic points that promote circulation of fluid necessary to balance the endocrine centres in each of the anatomical cavities. Only a true body fit can get this done in minutes without getting tired, overheated or out of breath – and again the natural laws for accomplishing this are very precise.
By now you’re probably wondering, and I don’t blame you because I know I would be, okay, what is this new methodology, where is this new exercise routine that can ignite passion with such ease and speed, how can I learn more ? Regrettably it’s now available to the public any longer Go Here »
“Just because you haven’t figured out yet how it all fits into the big picture doesn’t mean you shouldn’t start, you can’t fit in the next piece till this one’s in place.” — Suzanna Aaring 2012
“Not meaning to sound cliche or sales-y, but I have to say my top tip for business success is ‘do pHx first’, at the start of your day, before a meeting, before a presentation, before anything else you do in business. It’s the secret to my success and why I’m able to focus with one-pointed clarity and exceptional stamina for long periods, even under pressure.” — Suzanna Aaring 2013
Three things need to happen to accelerate the normalization of body pH to steady state levels whenever blood and cellular fluid becomes acidic under stress which splits mind and body. The warm-up cool down criteria required to achieve a pH fit with any program of physical exercise include:
pH Fit #1
Design of the breathing pattern needs to fit the oxygen needs of each movement with such precision that the usual quickening and heaviness of breath during exercise is never observed under any circumstance of speed, intensity or duration.
pH Fit #2
Circulation of blood and lymph which usually gets shut down in the deep organs during exercise as fluid volume shifts to the large long working muscles, needs to be addressed in order to distribute oxygen and electrolytes more equitably between all tissues of the body.
pH Fit #3
To prevent the competition for oxygen between tissues during exercise when the same V02max isn’t (and it usually isn’t) achieved in the small muscles of the wrists and ankles as in the large muscles, it’s necessary to oxygenate the anatomical cavities in order of greatest blood volume and work the muscles in corresponding sequence.
If you’re a busy woman like myself who enjoys experiencing a real difference in acuity, mood and stamina very fast first thing in the morning try Body’Fit pHx™ » Yes it’s easy.
I’m often asked about my unusual focus on steady state pH balance during exercise?
Unlike the lower animals, the mind develops separately from the body in human beings, and requires conscious integration. We cannot fully bring the two parts of ourselves into a single one-pointed whole at will, unless we can restore chemical balance in blood and cellular fluid throughout the body. To fire at maximum capacity each and every cell needs to maintain acid base equilibrium inside and outside it’s walls. The kidneys eventually recover pH balance, so what’s the big deal?
Since ancient times internal balance has been the goal of disciplines like yoga, meditation, and martial arts. It was observed that when physical, emotional, and mental balance was restored, such a person was in control of themselves. The two extremes of depression and ill humour characteristic of an acidic pH, and the over-exhilaration characteristic of an alkalotic pH, were considered signs of internal imbalance.
However achieving balance took years of practice and a huge time commitment to develop the necessary skill. In today’s fast-paced technological world we need to accomplish this much more quickly. Otherwise the daily stress of using our mind before our body is fully awake in the morning accelerates aging and limits our capacity to operate at maximum potential.
Three things need to happen to normalize body pH very fast. Subscribe to this blog to find out tomorrow the criteria for a pH fit that every program of physical exercise must include.
It’s also crucial for heart attack prevention, positive mood, mental acuity and anti-aging rejuvenation.
When I say circulation is the keystone to health, I’m not talking about the large long muscles that hog most (up to 90%) of the blood in the body during exercise.
That’s fine for building muscle but not for re-building all the other parts of the body. And it’s certainly not the most efficient way to burn fat contrary to popular belief.
- Oxygen is the fuel that burns the calories. In order to speed up metabolism, the body requires oxygen. Since total body mass is much greater than muscle mass, the more oxygen you can circulate to more cells the more fat you can burn.
- Electrolytes are the spark plug that ignites the oxygen. For efficient metabolism the body requires a specific ratio of ionic particles. Otherwise electrical activity is dampened as acidified pH of blood and cellular fluid disrupts electrolyte balance.
- Hormones and neural networks are the engine that drives the entire process. In order to steer the body in the direction of health the neuro-endocrine system has to be stimulated in a new way that opens up rather than shuts down circulation in the deep organs.
- Oxygen delivery depends on control of dilation and constriction. Since the circulatory system is a closed circuit, to get equal amounts of oxygen to every cell it’s necessary to control blood vessel diameter. Usually the default during exercise is dilation in muscle tissue and general constriction in the rest of the body. This is automatic unless you take over the controls with movement-specific design that follows precise natural laws.
- Electrolyte balance depends on control of temperature and ventilation. As blood vessels shut down with rising temperatures and breathing gets heavier, it’s a signal that steady state body pH has been disrupted and metabolic electricity dampened. To put yourself at the helm of compensatory mechanisms, breathing-specific design must fit the needs of each exercise so precisely there’s no discernible hyperventilation or hypoventilation at any speed, intensity or duration EVER.
- Hormone and neural triggers depend on control of deep body stimulation. Release of cortisol into the blood stream needs to be mitigated during exercise, otherwise inflammation accelerates pre-mature aging and slows weight loss ». Sequence-specific exercise design is required to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and trigger the release of all hormones (including HGH and leptin) in the proportions that open up circulation in both deep and superficial tissues.
Here’s what and when:
- Martial arts is perhaps best known for it’s ability to generate ionic energy in the body. There’s a traditional saying that “circulation goes where chi flows”. Qigong, Tai chi and the soft martial arts are conducive to raising metabolic rate without promoting overheating and hyperventilation, however it takes great patience to develop enough skill to balance all the neural and endocrine factors. Therefore this modality is more appropriate for life long learning.
- Yoga and Pilates are famous for aligning and stimulating the spinal segments by working the core muscles. Movement of the vertebrae stimulates neural plexus and subsequently the corresponding endocrine plexus and hormones, however here again it takes many hours of practice to perfect and accomplish these goals. Therefore yoga and Pilates are appropriate for classes taken two or three times a week with a master teacher of the modality.
- Body’Fit pHx is a new exercise modality at par with the discovery of Pilates, yoga, and martial arts, that can be learned in 21 days at one session per week or online » in the comfort of your own home. By compressing neural, endocrine, and pH factors into 7-14 minutes, pHx™ produces a flash of oxygen, electrolytes and hormones throughout the body very fast. This modality is appropriate if time, space, and convenience are a priority; try pHx first thing in the morning within a few minutes of waking up (something I don’t recommend for any other fitness modality for reasons sited above).
In the context of systemic circulation, weight loss then becomes a marker for disease prevention, for regeneration, and for making more money and living a better life too »
Cardiologist Dr. Henry Solomon cited many examples in The Exercise Myth of published studies which clearly show that the majority of cardio vascular accidents where athletes die during or shortly after exercise, were caused by exertion stress. Dr. Amdrew Krahm of the University of British Columbia recently presented a study » at the 2012 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress that suggests sudden death in young athletes is not related to exercise and sports.
The reason given for this new conclusion is the fact that most young athletes die at home when they’re relaxing afterwards, only a few occur on the field while they’re actually playing. Assuming that the cardiovascular accidents in the new study happened after the athlete had fully recovered from exercise training or sports competition (for example it can take the kidneys hours if not days to clear acidity out of the blood and cellular fluid even without the accumulated effect of over-training syndrome) what exactly has changed over the last 25 years to instigate this shift?
If we suspend our skepticism that heart stressors resulting from exercise don’t trigger sudden death from heart attack (not likely since in general 99.9% of all warm-up cool down routines as a rule DO NOT address the disruption of neural, endocrine, circulatory and pH factors that occur during conditioning, adequately ever) then what else could it be? Remember the physiologic changes produced by cortisol combined with an acidified body pH during exercise can damage blood vessel walls much like nicotine as deep body temperature rises and oxygen levels drop. Lactic acid build-up eventually leads to acidosis and changes to the shape and function of protein cells, which is especially damaging to the myocardium. Many forms of cardiomyopathy can occur during exercise where the electrical rhythm of the heart is impacted, including ventricular fibrillation… unless we take the necessary precautionary measures »
We might also find a clue by taking a look at the other side of the lifestyle equation: diet. Given the best case scenerio where a teenager or young adult isn’t snacking on corn or potato chips, sugar, wheat, canola oil, and other GMO based junk food after the game, it’s still been very difficult to avoid the powerful neuro-toxins now widely prevalent on most fresh fruits and vegetables produced in North America. It takes a huge commitment on the part of parents and coaches to source uncontaminated food from local farmers. Find out if they use USDA approved fertilizers or fungicides, because if the symptoms are any indication they now contain ‘safe’ neuro-toxins and GMO derivatives. Plus it’s necessary to check if they protect their harvest from farm to plate during storage, handling and transport. If diet is indeed at least partially to blame, then this makes athlete sudden death a social problem as well as a sports training challenge. Without complete lifestyle solutions for diet and exercise that fit the body we can expect things to get worse before they get better as we raise our consciousness and return to magnificence.

Oh by the way, did you know that most monkeys eat bananas by pinching the bottom end of the banana – NOT by peeling it back from the stem end. I guess they’re eating it the ‘wrong’ way!
When asked why she joined my new group Busy Women Entrepreneurs on LinkedIn, one woman said she liked the nature of the group, “AND I’m a 30+ year entrepreneur – not 30 years old!!!!!!!!!!” I thought this fit well with another woman’s query (who is in her 30’s) who asked, I’ve just looked at your website and it sounds interesting, how is pHx™ different from other workout regimens?
The answer is in the question… pHx is not just another workout regimen that repeats, reuses and repackages a little bit of this and a little bit of that and presents it as the latest cocktail of something you’ve done before. It’s an entirely new exercise modality, at par with the discovery of yoga, Pilates, or martial arts, that encompass all previous knowledge to go beyond anything you’ve experienced before. Yes there is something new under the sun, and it’s a treat not a trick.
pHx changes everything and that becomes obvious the very first time you do it. I do it everyday, its how I’ve stayed fit all these years even when I was too busy to go to the gym. Now whenever I do go for a game of squash, some weight lifting or a Pilates class, I always do a 7-minute round of pHx as my warm-up and then again as my cool down. It totally revives me and prevents any soreness I’d otherwise experience from sports and exercise.
I could go on and on because I’m passionate about getting the word out and having others experience the advantages of pHx. Bye the way, it’s all in the Body’Fit Life website, we built it to give you all the information, training and support you’ll need to make pHx a part of your life. And we’ve even included other bonuses to make sure you have what you need to achieve total business success. Women deserve to make more money and have a better life. That’s why we’re here, it’s what I do because it works for me and I know it will work for you.

Ever wonder why just about everybody at the gym looks so young? That’s because they are, chronologically. Of course, it’s one thing to exercise when you’re young, it’s another to stay as young with exercise during your entire lifespan. Don’t have to, of course, but you may want to.
Exercise, believe it or not, is the fastest way to balance body pH (essential for faster weight loss & conditioning without immune-stress aging). Exercise is also the fastest way to imbalance body pH (which hammers the immune system accelerating aging). It all depends on whether your exercise is a partial body fit or an exact body fit. An exact body fit always restores acid-base equilibrium, and a partial body fit always disrupts the chemical balance of the blood and cellular fluid.
Since the rest of the body doesn’t use up extra oxygen as fast as muscle tissue does, deep organs provide a ready storehouse for oxygen reserves. All exercise stimulates nerves and glands to varying degrees, however unless you can systematically amplify circulation in the neural and endocrine centres in the correct sequence that eliminates competition for oxygen between deep organ tissues you can’t expect to experience equal V02max in both small and large muscles throughout the body – as well as in the organs – which is the pre-requisite for balancing body pH balance. Usually there’s no shortcut to exercise because the less you workout the slower the results. It takes a new paradigm to get more out of exercise, faster.
The degree to which your workout fits your body has a lot to do with how motivated we are to train hard and push ourselves to peak performance , and the tools we have to do so without getting old before our time. Of course the vast majority of the population don’t have the motivation to exercise nearly enough, and therefore age just as fast. That’s the rub, isn’t it? How do we fit the body so comprehensively that we can participate safely in competitive sports without endangering our health, and yet exercise with the ease, speed, and elegance to ignite passion for weight loss in a couch potato? It’s a revolutionary concept whose time has come.
Fitness trainers, athletes, and industry leaders have no choice but to train rigorously for competition. Standard training utilizing Specific Adaptation to Imposted Demands (SAID) fits the body to a certain point. SAID conditioning no matter how sports specific, is a partial fit, and that usually becomes very obvious around the age of about 35 when degeneration exceeds recovery. If we don’t want normal day-to-day tension and intends sports training to dampen our spirits and damage our results, exercise design need to consciously take over where our body leaves off. Yoga traditionally has done this, however if it’s not done slowly in the traditional way it can be really hard on the body when our mind overpowers our physical capacity.
Achieving the ultimate purpose of exercise: rejuvenation, requires a normal slightly alkaline body pH so all cells can fire at maximum capacity, otherwise acidity produced by stress tends to draw minerals from vital organs, bones, and hair. Sustaining the integrative anti-aging effect of all-day acid base equilibrium also has a lot to do with the ongoing development of our mind. Balancing the pH daily is what keeps both brain and body vital at any age. Although metabolic rate goes up with any kind of exercise that gets the heart pumping, chemical balance is also disrupted as soon as breathing quickens. Yoga can balance oxygen levels in all the tissues if done in the traditional way over long hours. But how can we accomplish this quickly within a few minutes when and where we need it?
You know immediately when normal pH balance is disrupted during exercise because the energy drops. To compress restoration of chemical balance into minutes we need to accelerate the speed of oxygen delivery in all tissues without stress, otherwise it can take the kidneys hours if not days to neutralize body pH (no matter how much water you drink) after a ‘no pain no gain’ workout. Even the most well thought-out fitness program tailored to your individual needs cannot normalize metabolic pH fast enough to be sustainable long term without including this element. It takes specialized engineering to fit the body at the deeper physiological level; and distributing ionic energy evenly through all organs, glands and tissues is the challenge.
As it turns out, what is, is, and similar doesn’t cut it. Since aerobic homeostatic Peak Metabolic Potential™ (PMP™) cannot be achieved with a partial body fit, and since stress accelerates acid degeneration, exercise not only needs to put all muscle groups into balance, it also needs to balance the pH acidity of blood and cellular fluid if we want to go beyond the limits of what nature provides (even with the best genes). It’s impossible for the human organism to sustain acid-base equilibrium at peak metabolic rate without an exact body fit at the DNA level. The good news is that simply by adding a warm-up cool down that does fit the body to your regular training routine you can restore body pH in minutes. The more comprehensive a program of physical exercise is, the more enjoyable. The usual soreness and stiffness after a good workout disappears as if by magic. It’s a wonderful feeling.
Build your knowledge. The technique is now available, it’s easily accessible, and you may as well use it if you’re serious about what you’re doing. When homeostasis, usually disrupted by physical exertion, is sustained even as heart rate reaches training levels, the result is restoration of body pH with speed and ease. The physiologic laws for compression of acid base equilibrium are very precise. To achieve this feat this fast we’ve used contemporary methods to design exercise that warms up the body from the inside out, not the outside in, organs first then muscles. If you have the passion for accomplishment… 0pt in here.
It’s no accident that China is leading the Gold metal win early in the 2012 London Olympic Games this week. Their rise to the upper echelons of Olympic glory is no surprise to those of us who know that the Chinese have chosen not to go with the same old, same old. They lead in the last summer Olympics too, and it’s not only because they have a much larger demographic; they’ve prepared their athletes to win, they’ve looked beyond how they’ve trained in the past.
When I shared my 100% aerobic crossfit shortcut with the unassuming young man from China years ago, we had no idea what influence he would have. We had become friends and when we invited him over for dinner, he brought a gift, a valuable work of traditional Chinese art. In retrospect, as the son of a high ranking official in China it comes as no surprise that eventually they’d be lead to the gold he had procured by his interest in our work during his time in Canada.
Of course it doesn’t hurt that we contacted thousands of sports and health fitness venues in China, as well as the States and around the globe, since then. It only goes to show that the truly leading discoveries are usually found in the most unlikely places. But only if your will-to-win is strong enough to overcome the status quo. Conventional concepts of athletic training have been well engrained in the West, and any radical paradigm presents a challenge that can be met with resistance. C’est la vie, that foreign feeling of defeat is the price to pay for the openness to wake up and smell the roses on the podium.
NOTE: If you found this article interesting click here for 30 Top Tips
It’s funny isn’t it, how we’ve been so quick to accept the status quo even though we know it’s not working, and yet so reticent to champion change even if more reasonable. This puzzling phenomena of defaulting to the lowest common denominator and adamant opposition to anything else (even though we might choose differently if we really thought it through) has a commonality that points to the cause, doesn’t it. Thought, or rather the lack of comprehensive thought.
Disconnected fragmented logic produces an odd resistance, for example we go to great lengths to handle passive aggressive vagrants and petty criminals with kid gloves (permitting possession of stolen property, trespassing, disturbance of the peace), and yet we’ve been loathe to extend respect to peaceful demonstrators with a higher aim in life. Even if it’s meant sacrificing our own democratic rights and freedoms, and sometimes to the point of tolerating police brutality. Could this be why as a society we’ve paradoxically defended environmental pollution, treated our own bodies as toxic dumps, criticized those who regard the truth as constructive and praised the harbingers of lies and deception?
Acting on engrained beliefs short circuits the cycle of a complete thought, and therefore takes very little effort. It’s already wired in, usually since early childhood, and perpetuated by movies and media to keep us all thinking the same way, yes a culture of bots (thanks to Steve Jobs Pixar Disney at least isn’t a fake and what a noble heart John Carter Disney’s latest movie has). Even Twitter has become inundated with poseurs and phoney followers in recent weeks, notice that.) The synapses have fired so many times those neural pathways have become fully automated, and usually, most unfortunately unconscious. So it’s accepted as the norm without question.
It takes will power, spirit, to ‘think different’. Fulfillment of the true potential of our pre-established perfect pattern depends on the freedom to do so, it is innate to the well being of humankind. Fear of slipping to bottom of the heap has tended to replace honesty with nicety, and we’ve largely ignored the reconciling of cognitive dissonance, a shift in paradigm. The result of a shift is more enjoyable albeit much more difficult to achieve. It’s on that pain/ pleasure interface where brain and body literally have to develop new connections to accommodate innovative ideas that match pre-established whole cycles of reality rather than narrow mental constructs. And that takes internal work on one’s preconceptions doesn’t it.
There’s certainly a growing body of scientific evidence to support this:
How can we start to think different? It isn’t merely mental cleverness. A small internal shift can have a big external influence, and I’ve found a good place to start is making sure it’s a body fit, like pHx is. It builds the neural pathways for dealing with our illusions, especially in this day and age of conflicting information, so that mind can harmonize thought processes with emotional understanding rooted in the heart.
Mis-construed concepts of our collective minds always seem to get in the way of our freedom, don’t they… freedom to speak, freedom to realize our full potential, even freedom to move as we see fit. Does it mean that we have to stop thinking to gain our freedom? Actually it means we need to start thinking in terms of what fits the totality of who we are, instead of settling for what we think should fit us, culturally.
Steve Jobs never gave up on consciously seeking what fits us as human beings regardless of the obstacles in his way. He did accomplish that in terms of Apple technology because he was very outspoken and expected everyone in the company to be so too (whereas it’s usually considered insubordination). He knew it was the only way to cut through the crap and get to the truth of the customers experience and meets the needs of reality. The next frontier is awareness of what fits the parameters of health for body & mind, both. It’s an axiomatic truth that our brain must be developed to the support the completeness and perfection of a human being’s freedom and self realization.
Here’s an excerpt from The Art of Fitness, “Our body needs to be retrained to move healthy. It means, on a regular basis, moving your body the way it is designed to move, every muscle, every joint, with full range of motion, in every direction, at all speeds, performed with agility, power and grace.” How do we make sure we do this every day so we can enjoy sports and activities without injury? Even if you spent hours and hours a day, we may not put all the muscles and meridians into balance. To awaken the natural intelligence of the body otherwise inhibited by fascial adhesion and tension, the free flow of electrolytes along connective tissue under the skin and along lines that connect the organs must be intentionally promoted daily.
To do this we need to account for every aspect of physical movement, as well as every physiological aspect of body chemistry. Traditional methods usually take hours of daily practice to awaken the perfect pattern. How can we, say in 7 to 14 minutes achieve it without cortisol acid stress – remind the body of the completeness and perfection of its template. This is where our contemporary knowledge can improve on traditional disciplines like yoga and qi gong. So how do we synthesize traditional principles with our scientific understanding, so that once such a routine is performed each morning we really don’t have to think about our posture for the rest of the day?
If it really is a body fit the more you relax release and enjoy it the better it works without observable huffing and puffing at any speed. Personally I use Body’Fit pH Fitness exercise (short form… pHx), it conforms to principles of our perfect pattern so our body can once again think for itself according to its pre-established laws. Specific breathing matches oxygen needs precisely for each of the movements, which isolate muscle groups with ergonomic postures which safely and easily equalize VO2max throughout the body, without acidification of pH in blood and cellular fluid. Radical? Absolutely.
All life evolved because of the proximity of our planet to the sun. Health and well being is the direct result of regular exposure to UV rays; our dependence on the sun is precise and purposeful in every aspect of organ function. Anything that stands between our body, our brain, and la soliel* can cause physical and emotional dis-ease, including dysfunction of the protective system.
If you wear contact lens and are experiencing psorasis, arthritis, cancer or any of the pluralities of degeneration so common today, one of the factors may be a lack of sunlight entering the retina. You may find these conditions improve dramatically once you start to spend a significant part of your day outdoors with your skin and eyes exposed to the sun (without sunblock, you know when you’re about to burn).. It’s a good idea to have a pair of eye glasses handy, so you only veil your eyes as necessary for reading or other tasks that require more accurate perceptionYou may soon find that your vision improves as well, especially if you practice the seven principles of health, and learn a few relaxation techniques.
Check out this article on sunshine by the father of the seven principles of health *Don Tolman.
The pineal is connected to the eyes via the SCN (suprachiasmatic node). Production of melatonin by the pineal gland is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light. Photosensitive cells in the retina detect light and directly signal the SCN, entraining its rhythm to the 24-hour cycle in nature. Fibers project from the SCN to the paraventricular nuclei (PVN), which relay the circadian signals to the spinal cord and out via the sympathetic system to superior cervical ganglia (SCG), and from there into the pineal gland.
In addition you may want to support blood flow to the brain and pineal gland, since movement and exercise usually shifts blood out of the glands and into the muscles. The pineal gland is the only structure of the brain which isn’t affected by the blood brain barrier, and therefore without proper maintenance it often ossifies after a certain age. Fortunately it’s the one gland in the brain where we can optimize oxygen and nutrients in a few minutes with Body’Fit pHx, which builds up oxygen reserves to withstand stresses and strains throughout the day, and during sports workouts. When healthy, the pineal gland has profuse blood flow second only to the kidneys (which helps keep body chemistry at neutral pH for optimal metabolic function). Get outdoors into the sunshine, do your daily round of pHx to get maintain circulatory integration between the brain and deep organs, and enjoy summer without your contact lens for more relaxation and health fitness.
*as much as possible avoid starring directly into the sun
