Oh by the way, did you know that most monkeys eat bananas by pinching the bottom end of the banana – NOT by peeling it back from the stem end. I guess they’re eating it the ‘wrong’ way!
“Discover the four cardinal rules for fitting in fitness. And why if even one of the four cardinal rules is missing our best intentions will fail.”
I remember a few years back when we first coined the term ..’because it fits’. Within weeks everyone from car dealers to property developers picked up on it and started using it as a marketing ploy to sell the perception that what they offered was your perfect fit. But what does it really mean to achieve a true body fit, and why does it matter anyway?
To go beyond the limiting beliefs we inevitably absorb, a reliable process is needed for objective clear thought to emerge. I’ve found the symmetry of our physical foundation provides a crucial point of reference for logical analysis, if it’s to have the scope to match reality as it is. Case in point: our musculo-skeletal system gives us an understanding of structure. It cooresponds to that component of our mental landscape related to stability – our ability to get ‘down to the bone’ to the root of things.
I recently had the opportunity to observe this first hand when I had my two front teeth restored and repaired. When the dentist originally worked on them, she didn’t leave enough space for them to move comfortably with changes in muscular tension throughout the day. This resulted in pressure on my skull and even threw out the symmetry of my spine slightly, leading to a generalized weakness and pain which I suddenly began experiencing. What was perhaps even more disconcerting was the headache I would get when I tried to think.
It was an eye opener to observe directly how the movement of my teeth affected the alignment of my whole skeletal structure. And how closely the mind follows the pre-established pattern of the body. We’re made with absolute perfection aren’t we? It reminded me to never take for granted the precision with which our body and mind fit seamlessly together. I’ll never regret the years I’ve spent perfecting a system of exercise that moulds the body into its own pattern in a few minutes a day. Little did I guess that it would not only give me a keen self awareness, it was this very same program which also fortified my ‘will to do’ to communicate with the doctor exactly what I needed.
… enter your name and email Here » if all you want for Xmas is everything your two front teeth signify, aka, how to fail-proof fitness to fit in. After all isn’t that really what it comes down to?
When asked why she joined my new group Busy Women Entrepreneurs on LinkedIn, one woman said she liked the nature of the group, “AND I’m a 30+ year entrepreneur – not 30 years old!!!!!!!!!!” I thought this fit well with another woman’s query (who is in her 30’s) who asked, I’ve just looked at your website and it sounds interesting, how is pHx™ different from other workout regimens?
The answer is in the question… pHx is not just another workout regimen that repeats, reuses and repackages a little bit of this and a little bit of that and presents it as the latest cocktail of something you’ve done before. It’s an entirely new exercise modality, at par with the discovery of yoga, Pilates, or martial arts, that encompass all previous knowledge to go beyond anything you’ve experienced before. Yes there is something new under the sun, and it’s a treat not a trick.
pHx changes everything and that becomes obvious the very first time you do it. I do it everyday, its how I’ve stayed fit all these years even when I was too busy to go to the gym. Now whenever I do go for a game of squash, some weight lifting or a Pilates class, I always do a 7-minute round of pHx as my warm-up and then again as my cool down. It totally revives me and prevents any soreness I’d otherwise experience from sports and exercise.
I could go on and on because I’m passionate about getting the word out and having others experience the advantages of pHx. Bye the way, it’s all in the Body’Fit Life website, we built it to give you all the information, training and support you’ll need to make pHx a part of your life. And we’ve even included other bonuses to make sure you have what you need to achieve total business success. Women deserve to make more money and have a better life. That’s why we’re here, it’s what I do because it works for me and I know it will work for you.
p.s. Contact me if there’s anything you’d like to know about, or if you have any suggestions how this group can work better for you. Remember it pays to pay the invitation forward to friends and colleagues… so they too can benefit. And please feel free to leave a comment.

Mis-construed concepts of our collective minds always seem to get in the way of our freedom, don’t they… freedom to speak, freedom to realize our full potential, even freedom to move as we see fit. Does it mean that we have to stop thinking to gain our freedom? Actually it means we need to start thinking in terms of what fits the totality of who we are, instead of settling for what we think should fit us, culturally.
Steve Jobs never gave up on consciously seeking what fits us as human beings regardless of the obstacles in his way. He did accomplish that in terms of Apple technology because he was very outspoken and expected everyone in the company to be so too (whereas it’s usually considered insubordination). He knew it was the only way to cut through the crap and get to the truth of the customers experience and meets the needs of reality. The next frontier is awareness of what fits the parameters of health for body & mind, both. It’s an axiomatic truth that our brain must be developed to the support the completeness and perfection of a human being’s freedom and self realization.
Here’s an excerpt from The Art of Fitness, “Our body needs to be retrained to move healthy. It means, on a regular basis, moving your body the way it is designed to move, every muscle, every joint, with full range of motion, in every direction, at all speeds, performed with agility, power and grace.” How do we make sure we do this every day so we can enjoy sports and activities without injury? Even if you spent hours and hours a day, we may not put all the muscles and meridians into balance. To awaken the natural intelligence of the body otherwise inhibited by fascial adhesion and tension, the free flow of electrolytes along connective tissue under the skin and along lines that connect the organs must be intentionally promoted daily.
To do this we need to account for every aspect of physical movement, as well as every physiological aspect of body chemistry. Traditional methods usually take hours of daily practice to awaken the perfect pattern. How can we, say in 7 to 14 minutes achieve it without cortisol acid stress – remind the body of the completeness and perfection of its template. This is where our contemporary knowledge can improve on traditional disciplines like yoga and qi gong. So how do we synthesize traditional principles with our scientific understanding, so that once such a routine is performed each morning we really don’t have to think about our posture for the rest of the day?
If it really is a body fit the more you relax release and enjoy it the better it works without observable huffing and puffing at any speed. Personally I use Body’Fit pH Fitness exercise (short form… pHx), it conforms to principles of our perfect pattern so our body can once again think for itself according to its pre-established laws. Specific breathing matches oxygen needs precisely for each of the movements, which isolate muscle groups with ergonomic postures which safely and easily equalize VO2max throughout the body, without acidification of pH in blood and cellular fluid. Radical? Absolutely.

Certain exercises are uncomfortable during pregnancy. Delicacy needs to exercised according to the trimester. Physical as well as emotional and mental stress needs to be managed quickly and effectively to maintain optimal physiological conditions for the fetus. The level of oxygen the placenta receives throughout is perhaps needs the greatest consideration when choosing an exercise program, since most exercise shuts down circulation in the deep organs. Optimization of oxygenation in deep body tissues is always a concern when doing any kind of exercise, and is particularly important for the pre-natal woman.
Deep breathing is helpful for mental and emotional balance, although when done on it’s own without a metabolic peak in the deep internal organs, cannot potentiate oxygenation. Hypoventilation (breathing more than you’re moving) can also feel uncomfortable if breathing exceeds the needs of metabolism. Or conversely, if the needs of metabolism exceed available oxygen (hyperventilation) as during any kind of physical, emotional or mental stress, circulation virtually shuts down in deep body tissues.
Therefore breathing needs to be engineered on a no more and no less than needed basis to match movement specifically, and coordinated to optimize physiological response. One of the challenges is that typically, blood flow gets diverted out of the deep organs and into the muscles as soon as they begin to contract. The other challenge is that a drop in body pH occurs as soon as the muscles begin producing lactic acid (which is almost immediately). Cellular metabolic function is optimal at a neutral body pH; thereforepH fitness has a direct affect on the chemical balance of both the woman and fetus.
The 24-exercise Body’Fit pH Fitness™ (short form… pHx™) routine atypically warms up and cools down the body to quickly build up necessary oxygen reserves for normalization of pH acidity in the blood and cellular fluid from circulatory imbalances during pregnancy and exercise workouts, although certain exercises need to be omitted as required.

Well… put it this way, strength and stamina without immune stress anyway. Cortisol is released as soon as physical activity begins (even at the thought of exercise). Actually any kind of stress triggers the fight/ flight response plummeting metabolic pH and adding to inflammation-producing cortisol which stresses the immune system, particularly in Obesity, and diminishes muscle mass.
What needs to happen to mitigate cortisol stress? Essentially three interactive responses need to be deliberately engineered into a warm-up cool down workout: 1/ normalization of metabolic pH, 2/ neural-endocrine integration, and 3/ muscle-organ vascular balance. This can only be accomplished with a specialized series of exercises that can elicit the internal balance of all our organic functions. In other words, the appropriate physiologic/ anatomic mechanisms that promote the interrelation of all our organs, need to be directed quickly with a sequence-specific, movement-specific, and breathing-specific exercise rep pattern that follows pre-established natural laws, completely and comprehensively.
The more exacting the design the closer a body pH fit the warm-up cool down workout can give you, with surprising results – and very fast. It’s the difference between endurance and resistance intervals which simply produce cortisol for the purpose of Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands (a necessary component of physical conditioning) and an exercise system that engineers hormone balance logically and naturally in all the endocrine glands, including the production of human growth hormone (HGH) without immune stress, without anaerobic metabolism, and without diminishing muscle mass.
The formulation needs to be rhythmical non-stop and enable equitable oxygenation of all organs, glands and tissues as well as muscle. The same formula must also have the capacity to move the vertebral column with a precision that stimulates each neural plexus in the five anatomical cavities for the purposes of integration of all organ groups. And it must also incorporate the necessary physiologic mechanisms for rapid restoration of a normal metabolic pH chemistry at all degrees of intensity, i.e. without any huffing and puffing, ever.
“Depth of design reveals something fresh and new each time pHx is experienced. With the most economical movement of all the muscle groups within a few short minutes, the neural system remembers it’s wholeness, completeness, and perfection. That’s when the body expresses the mind as much as the mind expresses the body; and this can’t help but Ignite Passion.” Suzanna Aaring 2012
What’s the best way to support the executive directive function of the frontal lobe, pineal gland and limbic system directly is to restore the physiological balance to Ignite Passion, providing a more reliable advancement on the usual psychological self-talk required to convince ourselves to exercise?
When we understand the impact of intense emotional experiences accumulated in the process of growing up, we know that memory creates networks of physical tensions that splitsbrain and body at an early age. This is one of the reasons that simply playing IQ improvement games fail to fully integrate mind and body. By liberating deeply held physical tensions, we also liberate psychic tensions, because every group of muscle cells is also connected via the neural and endocrine systems to the brain. This signifies anything blocking the extreme of a nerve ending has actually imprisoned it’s corresponding cerebral cell which no longer receives any messages. It is enclosed in a kind of biological anesthesia. We do not want to use these muscles in certain ways because they cause us pain. Therefore we restrict these movements and start patterning more comfortable movements, and as we do this, awareness, cleverness, and the most valuable cerebral functions are lost.
Therefore working just with the mind cannot achieve emotional calm centered-ness deliberately, or can it Ignite Passion spontaneously. Stored tensions remain until released by deep body work combined with physical exercise that aims to integrate gut and brain. This integration can occur very fast if we design a warm-up cool down that follows precise natural laws for awakening the endocrine, neural, and circulatory systems in a specific sequence under conditions of chemical balance, i.e. acid base equilibrium. To achieve the pH fitness integration necessitates, such a series of exercises must be in accord with the sequence of interrelations of our organic functions.
Perfection is pre-established, the 24-exercise series called pHx™ is simple and scientific. The design works in very specific ways with each of the 9 body systems. The style is primarily calisthenic synthesized with principles adapted from traditional and contemporary methodologies for a radical compression of homeostatic equilibrium at Peak Metabolic Potential™ (PMP™). Think and act fast in minutes a day. For body fit sustainability of life as we know it … Google “pH fitness”.

How does IQ/ EQ/ PQ readiness make a difference at the finish line?
It won’t matter will it, if you’re physically fit but not mentally and emotionally focused, and visa versa. All three must happen fast in the same instant, to finish strong consistently. Vitality integrated with clarity and motivation into one-pointed willpower prevents good intentions defaulting into actions that jeopardize success in sports and in business. And it really counts at the end of the day for speed of recovery and regeneration. We tend to assume that brain-heart-body integration happens automatically or just comes naturally to the talented among us.
Optimizing IQ EQ PQ separately
Generally we’ve recognized problem solving requires our 100% emotional and mental engagement. However the reality becomes especially obvious in Olympic sports where our life can depend on integration of our emotions, intellect and physical focus. In competitive sports, Phil Jackson’s ability to motivate the Bulls & Lakers to so many victories was a pivotal turning point in coaching. It’s a key factor in the untouchable success of Tiger Woods at least during the years he was coached by his father.
Athletes now train with a motivational coach to get more in touch with the source of their motivation while learning to let go of their emotions. It’s the basis of honesty and fairness and the only way to sustain logical continuity during competition. Mental preparation, or the use of visualization to imagine one’s self fit, accomplished, a winner, etc. requires a different kind of coaching however. And finally athletes must work with a strength and conditioning coach to prepare their kinaesthetic system for the rigours of competition.
Summing up will power consistently when working separately with the mental, motivational, and physical components is not nearly as effective as working directly with the physical foundation to integrate the head, heart and body. A sudden and radical integration builds unmatched will power. When accomplished under normal alkaline conditions in the blood and cellular fluid, problem solving during demanding activity acquires the extra edge of physical coordination, vitality, stability, strength, and endurance as well as motivation, inspiration, and clarity. Otherwise if our blood is too acid, the result is depression and bad humor. Conversely, if our blood is more alkaline than normal, the result is overenthusiasm that causes us to burn more energy than necessary. Very soon over enthusiasm is followed by depression, both indicative of a loss of self-control. It also indicates an imbalance, a weakness, in our body. A body that is easily strained by emotion or one that does not react emotionally is weak.
Integrating IQ EQ PQ directly
Integration of the anatomical cavities has the added benefit of preventing pre-mature aging, which is a determinant of sports longevity. A recent study indicates that DNA in the organs of the pelvic cavity does not shorten and age like the chromosomes in the organs of the abdominal, thoracic, and cranial cavities. The reproductive system doesn’t age due to the production of an enzyme called telomerase. Since telomerase is produced in the pelvic cavity and not in the rest of the body, integration of the five anatomical cavities is essential to obtain the benefits of telomerase throughout all the organ systems.
The second factor that acts to preserve chromosome length is the maintenance of aerobic fitness. Building up oxygen reserves in deep organs and balancing V02max in muscle tissue restores the acid-base equilibrium the body requires to rejuvenate itself continuously. Not only is the resulting chemical balance necessary to prevent inflammation and irritation which ages DNA, complete integration of all organ systems can only be achieved under conditions of a normal body pH. Both are required for a safe workout that promotes health as well as fitness.
Observed Body’Fit difference
The Body’Fit pH Fitness™ exercise (short form… pHx™) warm-up cool down workout integrates IQ EQ PQ by quickly restoring normal body pH chemistry usually disrupted by aerobic and anaerobic exercise. It’s specialized design necessarily accounts for the five groups of organs, glands, related to the physical, emotional and mental centers situated in the abdominal, thoracic, cranial, pelvic and dorsal cavities. Body’Fit pHx accomplished integration of the circulatory, kinaesthetic, and neural systems as a whole in the natural order they normally wake up in the morning, and without disrupting body chemistry.
It’s observed that the pHx sequence awakens the five anatomical cavities in rapid succession to produce a flash of oxygen and electrolytes throughout the entire body which results in heightened mental acuity, stamina, and emotional tone that can sustain long hours of concentration without fatigue. The specialized routine can easily be performed in a business suit, pre or post athletic training, or in the middle of a sports event (when the endorphines wear off) in as little as 7 to 14 minutes. By restoring acid base equilibrium, equalizing VO2max, and balancing the central with the peripheral nervous systems at Peak Metabolic Potential, this three-in-one formula balances emotions, clarifies thinking, and awakens kinaesthetic sensibility for more mental and physical focus.
Each of these three elements on their own helps integrate mind, body and emotions, and when combined within a single routine, it provide an entirely new advancement in physical, mental and emotional focus. The pHx system is singular in its approach in that it’s based on the premise that accelerating performance readiness cannot be accomplished without an integrative tool that works with the physical foundation in two very important ways. The first is to produce a sudden and uniform oxygenation of all the body tissues usually drained of blood by adrenaline constriction of deep arteries during exercise (or when released as a fight/flight reflex), and secondly to move the spinal vertebrae in a way that can rapidly stimulate the neural and endocrine centres in the five anatomical cavities in the sequential order that oxygenates the body in order of greatest blood volume. Optimization requires a deliberate exercise tool that can accelerate physiological wake up combined with deep body oxygenation that promotes the equitable rise of V02max in all muscle groups in the sequence that prevents competition for oxygen between organs and muscles.
Establishing electrolyte balance for acid base equilibrium fast in minutes with pHx optimizes propagation of nerve impulse across the five blocks of organs, prevents the depression of mood, and the pH acidity that saps vitality needed for physical exertion. Otherwise it can take the kidneys take hours or even days to return pH of blood and cellular fluid to normal after sports. The consequence of inducing an uninterrupted flow of electrolytes across the organ groups in the head, chest, and abdomen produces an entirely new level of simultaneous integration optimizing clarity, motivation, and kinaesthetic coordination to establish vitality and one-pointed focus without losing time and energy. Without an aerobic anabolic warm-up and cool down, anaerobic catabolic sports workouts on their own don’t have an innate ability to neutralize metabolic acidity caused by stress, consumption of acid foods, or from muscle-contraction lactate. When combined with more muscle VO2max balance and pHx DynaStretch™ techniques, Body’Fit pH Fitness exercise provides additional support for a winning edge to the finish.
The sooner the Body’Fit pHx routine is performed in the morning after waking up (before muscles begin to tense up with adrenaline hustle and bustle), the faster a dramatic improvement in general health is observed – the daily stress of working before fully awake is relieved with rapid stimulation of the organs, glands and nerves under conditions of acid-base equilibrium. If physical or intellectual activities are undertaken before the bones and muscles feel in place, a positive mood is set for the day, and our brain and nervous system is fully focused (a process which left on its own takes about three hours), the subsequent stress diminishes the means by which we transform contradictory and negative thoughts, emotions, and feelings, into the will power for purposeful action.
Body’Fit pHx balances the emotions by restoring acid base equilibrium, equalizes VO2max to promote kinaesthetic sensibility, and builds mental acuity by engaging the mind in the performance of each movement. Each of these three elements on their own helps integrate mind, body and emotions. And when combined within a single sequence of exercises following the natural order the head, chest and abdomen wake up in the morning, it provides an entirely new way to raise your physical, mental and emotional quotient in a hurry. Participants notice immediately that their mind is more clear, their mood more motivated, and their movements more efficient and agile after a round of pHx performed precisely and in the sequence specifically indicated. Achieving IQ EQ PQ integration in a single session undoubtedly serves sports performance as well as your business day.

Unconscious actions are the result of a lack of awareness of whole cycles. I remember a time when 10-foot ceilings, for example, were the standard for dwellings even in rural areas where homesteaders built their own homes with the help of neighbours. This was the minimum height acceptable to ensure health and well being for their families. An 8-foot ceiling was a shack. Yet it became the standard during the second half of the 20th century. The moment an attempt was made to raise the standard of living by lowering the ceiling (literally) on quality of life, society paid the price. What goes around comes around.
When we consider that one fateful unconscious decision of greed and complicity can affect millions for decades, if not millennia, the need for self awareness to make conscious choices becomes clear. Historically self interest has been held above self awareness. Out of a narrow view of the fear and panic of not having enough, the mis-conception of scarcity in the midst of abundance was born. And with it the fragmentation of whole processes as a society.
We need to put humpty-dumpty back together again, starting with integration of IQ, EQ, PQ in integrity. Integration of our thoughts, emotions, and feelings leads to a self awareness that can see the big picture. How do we understand wholeness with sufficient speed to match the demands of our technological world? The fastest way is with physiological integration of the intellectual centre in the head, the emotional centre in the chest, and the physical centre in the abdomen. For a specialized exercise routine with IQ/EQ/PQ integrity, visit BodyFitLife.com
How often do we mindlessly do the same thing day after day, night after night, weekend after weekend? Worse yet, how often do we justify our lack of action with “just following the norm” (translation “lowest common denominator”)? It takes a deliberate effort to do something different from the status quo of what our parents, or spouse, or whoever is doing. Thinking back on my life, the times when I felt most inspired and enriched are the times I that followed my heart, not the crowd. I’ve found experiencing something ‘new’ is the most powerful way to heal and bring my health and vitality back to it’s peak.
Self-actualization is perhaps best described as an exercise in new experience consciously chosen for wholistic health and rejuvenation. Without continual growth and improvement there’s stagnation and degeneration, isn’t there? If we do nothing, the quality of our life tends to default to it’s lowest level, and we lose time and energy. We all know it’s easy to get into that rut.
Re-creation rewards us with a ‘trouvaille’ at every turn, however it takes all of our courage, skill, and ingenuity to break from old patterns of behavior. It’s not without obstacles to be transcended and overcome so we can clear the way for right action relevant to a sustainable future according to our internal directive for a healthy mind and body. Next weekend when you find yourself, instead of leading, resigning to the same old, same old … ask yourself, “Is this really juicing my life?”
For help jumping the hurdles, choose to experience a new exercise (free trial for 30 days), refresh and renew in 5 to 15 minutes with pH fitness. Stretch inside and out, restore body pH to normal fast and turn lackadaisical carelessness into self-motivation.
Body’Fit pHx™ gets More Out of Exercise. It’s especially useful if during your workout you haven’t had time to balance VO2max equally in both small and large muscles, to stimulate each of the hormone and neural plexes in the 5 anatomical cavities in the proper sequence, or balance both vascular and lymphatic circulatory systems detoxing all tissues. Achieving sustainable pH balance this fast during exercise is not possible unless you exercise your penchant for new experience.
How can we adapt to stress without damaging the complete, perfect, and pre-established blueprint of the human organism? How can we best address the lifestyle cause of oxidative stress (inflammation)? How can we achieve anabolic rejuvenation faster on a daily basis, before catabolic wear and tear puts us at risk of degenerative disease, cancer, and heart attack? Finding the anabolic/ catabolic balance that restores cellular chemical balance in minutes immediately before and after acidic workouts, and whenever stress disrupts metabolic pH, may be the answer.
As a sole means of physical conditioning, SAID (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands), while necessary for muscle conditioning and controlling weight gain before it becomes Obesity, doesn’t guarantee the process of aging isn’t happening just as fast. Take for example endurance and resistance workouts which depend largely on anaerobic metabolism – they generally don’t address the catabolic effects of adrenaline fatigue, deep organ shut down, or neural, hormone and circulatory imbalances that typically stress the immune system almost immediately (sometimes even at the thought of exercise).
Exercising with slower shorter intervals helps reduce immune stress. However the reality is we need to be able to withstand the full impact of stress at greater speeds, duration and intensity. If we are to adapt muscle cell mitochondria to use up a greater percentage of lactic acid as fuel, if we want to reach for Olympic gold, if we want to go for a run or play a game of squash, how do we reconcile adaptation with the acidification which eventually limits the full anti-aging potential of exercise? Clearly body pH acidity is implicated in free radical damage, and this must be addressed when developing any program of nutrition and exercise.
An acidic cellular environment (indicated as soon as breathing quickens during exercise), increases the probability of oxygen becoming a highly reactive and damaging free radical species, -OH. Chemical pH balance is at the root of all physiologic processes in the body; it’s the foundation for achieving health fitness. The oxidative stress that results from disruption of body pH chemistry during physical exercise (or any kind of mental and emotional stress) can affect neural signals, gene expression, and an inflammatory reaction produces (CPR), also referred to as protein free radicals or oxides, leading to among many other things, to plaque build up in blood vessels. .
Metabolic pH acidity from excess hydrogen (H+), carbon dioxide (CO2) and lactic acid produced by muscle contraction changes the shape and function of protein cells, as well as the distribution of electrolytes necessary for optimizing the cellular action potential – except in muscle of course which hog most of the blood supply in the body (at least until the compensatory mechanisms fail). The proton gradient across the inner mitochondrial membrane is maintained by the action of the electron transport chain . The electron transport chain consists of 6 proteins associated with the inner mitochondrial membrane.
Among the numerous theories that explain the process of aging, the mitochondrial theory of aging has received the most attention. This theory states that electrons leaking from the ETC (electron transfer chain) reduce molecular oxygen to form superoxide anion radicals. Superoxide, through both enzymic and non-enzymic reactions, can cause the generation of other ROS (reactive oxygen species). The ensuing state of oxidative stress results in damage to ETC components and mtDNAc (mitochondrial DNA), thus increasing further the production of ROS. Ultimately, this ‘vicious cycle’ leads to a physiological decline in function, or pre-mature aging. It’s been estimated that up to 2% of the oxygen used in mitochondrial respiration could end up as superoxide in unhealthy tissue.
On what basis other than the possibility of oxygen becoming a free radical, would http://www.physorg.com say… “even the simple act of breathing constantly inflicts damage upon our genes.”? Such a viewpoint comes from the premise that our default response to physical, emotion, or mental stress i.e., hyperventilation, is the sole paradigm for breathing during physical exertion. And must necessarily derive it’s logic from the assumption that the pre-established blueprint is not complete and perfect within the context of our natural environment.
Metabolic pH acidity predisposes to free radical production, cellular damage, and inflammation, no doubt. However DNA-altering protocols are not a viable solution. Either are statin drugs used to control the inflammatory reaction typical of overactivity in the sympathetic nervous system. Adverse side-effects add to modern stress that goes far beyond simple physical exertion… from exposure to high-use commercial microwave oven and man-made EMF radiation to ingestion of chemical pollutants and genetically altered food (not to mention unknown effects like nano particles on DNA). Stress causes pH acidity, and anything unnatural to the body puts us under even more stress.
Conceivably pH fitness is an option that can be easily implemented without ‘side effects’. Very good information is now available (just google pH fitness). A recent article in the journal Free Radical Biology and Medicine reports the finding of researchers at the University of California, Berkeley that supplementing with vitamin C reduces C-reactive protein, a marker of inflammation linked with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Black tea*, Indian gooseberry, Curcumin, and Omega-3 fatty acids also have anti-inflammatory properties. An alkalizing diet will help balance body pH, but not during an acidic workout, or when we’re under stress of any kind.
The trade off for exercise conditioning without pH fitness, is accelerated DNA aging. From the food we eat to the skin products we use to the type of exercise we do, even the chronic stress of working before our neuro-endocrine-organ systems are fully integrated… the resulting body pH acidity is pretty much a way of life in our fast paced world. It’s true, without deliberate exercise engineering that fits the needs of the body homeostatic-ally so precisely it renders hyperventilation unnecessary during exercise, we have no control over a dismal aging prognosis.
Therefore a comprehensive pH fitness exercise routine which can restore H+ levels to normal with speed and ease is indispensable DNA protection. With the emergence of the Body’Fit pH Fitness™ exercise warm-up cool down workout (short form… pHx™), it’s now possible to recharge cellular electricity and restore metabolic pH balance by building up the deep body oxygen reserves in as little as 7 minutes pre and post sports training. Even yoga or qi gong, by itself, doesn’t give the same advantage. Incidentally Body’Fit pHx resolves the circulatory imbalance inherent in both endurance and resistance training promoting vascular health.
We seem to sometimes forget that, given what it needs in terms of a true body fit, a living organism is quite capable of regenerating itself continuously… view video below for details.
*A nutrigenomics molecule which may produce similar benefits without concern for statin side effects is found in black tea. To reduce destructive inflammatory reactions which are at the root of aging and degeneration, the extract of the molecule called theoflavins has demonstrated powerful antioxidant effects and a remarkable ability to control inflammation at the genetic level. To regulate blood lipid levels Indian gooseberry or amla has produced exciting results in human clinical trials with the added benefit of reducing oxidative damage to fats that can lead to early atherosclerotic changes.

Fitness trends come and go, but no matter what kind of workout people do they want to feel young and strong, and they want the edge that gets them More Out of Exercise.
And for that it’s necessary to look outside the box, it doesn’t happen automatically. More than a ‘no pain, no gain’ sequence, Body’Fit pH Fitness™ exercise (short form… pHx™) harmonizes the different parts of the body as it develops them. No matter how hard and fast you do pHx, the homeostatic integrity of the physical foundation is never compromised, physiologically or anatomically.
Body’Fit pH Fitness exercise puts the three fundamental aspects – mind, emotions, and body -in tune with one another without stress in as little as 5 minutes. When we work these three aspects in a very concentrated time period we make the exercises stronger; compression eliciting an entirely different result.
For example Body’Fit pHx raises the metabolic rate for faster weight loss without overstimulating the sympathetic nervous system which aggravates the inflammatory condition indicative of leptin and insulin resistance characteristic of Obesity. Body pH balance which is usually disrupted during exercise, is returned to normal alkalinity, recovering our emotional balance rapidly and economically. And oxygen consumption in all the organs of the body can be put into balance in 5 to 15 minutes, including VO2max levels in both large and small muscles, improving coordination and performance.
Anyone can learn to do the pHx routine with ease in 21 days. It’s a particularly useful adjunct to any workout or sport. And it gives you the edge even on days you can’t get to the gym.
Ever wonder why you get into a bad mood when you’re under stress. It’s not all in your head, it’s in your body too. Any kind of stress whether it’s from working out too hard or working too hard, period, gets body pH out of balance disrupting the electric potential of cells. Once a situation gets to you at the level of your electrolyte chemistry, watch out… it’s going to take a lot of self control to keep your mood from dropping into the red zone. And it affects the electrical activity of the nervous system… hence the saying ‘nerves are on edge’. So stay cool… neutralize all that body acidity with a round of pHx™, alkaline diet, and a squeeze lemon in your ionic tonic.

“In my late 50’s I get compliments on my skin all the time. Often the assumption is that I’m a lot younger or that I was born with good skin, actually I have very sensitive skin,” says Suzanna. “The skin constitutes the largest protective organ of our body’s immune system. Consequently, the first thing I do upon awakening in the morning is apply cold water to the skin, YES… but there’s a secret to doing it so it wakes you up without stressing the body. Seriously, don’t try it without doing it in the proper sequence or it can cause more stress than it eliminates. When done correctly the application of cold water delivers electrolytes from deep within the organs into the sub layers of the epidermis to heal and beautify naturally… Plus nothing will wake you up as pleasantly, except maybe a flash of electrolytes with Body’Fit pHx.”
