Why wrinkle proof your exercise workout? While health isn’t just about beauty, natural beauty is a marker for health fitness that protects us physically, emotionally, and mentally. Achieving body pH balance faster each morning using specially designed exercise is a powerful wrinkle reducing secret that also provides profound benefit for directive function in the higher neural centres.
You know how areas around the mouth and nose go white when blood drains from the face under stress? Ultimately it’s the result of adrenaline pumped into the blood stream by the adrenal medulla and sympathetic nervous system; this happens anytime we’re awake and engaged in daily activity, even when walking or just thinking. This is the hormone that shuts down circulation in most of the body (including around the mouth during exercise even when the rest of the face is hot and sweaty) so the muscles can take flight or fight if necessary.
The cerebral circulation is protected from hormone, body pH, and other steady state disruptions by a blood brain barrier with one exception: the pineal gland. This little structure within the midbrain is responsible for monitoring what’s going on in the body and communicating with the brain (hence evolution didn’t put a barrier between the pineal gland and the rest of the body). The pineal gland plays such a key role in mind body awareness and integration, and is of such importance to both brain and body, it has a circulation second only to the kidneys.
Whenever blood vessels constrict in deep organs and skin innervated by the sympathetic nerves like around the mouth (as they usually do during exercise) it’s a sure sign the pineal gland has shut down as well. As blood volume shifts from the organs and skin to the large long working muscles, body pH drops and blood and cellular fluid become acidic. This in turn affects our mood (once the endorphins have worn off), speed of cellular renewal, and our ability to continue to master our environment as we age. So how do we get more blood into the skin and pineal gland during exercise? Just hanging upside down or doing a headstand isn’t enough for the effect to last all day, find out more…[youtube+http://youtu.be/Kp5alxDP_18]

I’m often asked about my unusual focus on steady state pH balance during exercise?
Unlike the lower animals, the mind develops separately from the body in human beings, and requires conscious integration. We cannot fully bring the two parts of ourselves into a single one-pointed whole at will, unless we can restore chemical balance in blood and cellular fluid throughout the body. To fire at maximum capacity each and every cell needs to maintain acid base equilibrium inside and outside it’s walls. The kidneys eventually recover pH balance, so what’s the big deal?
Since ancient times internal balance has been the goal of disciplines like yoga, meditation, and martial arts. It was observed that when physical, emotional, and mental balance was restored, such a person was in control of themselves. The two extremes of depression and ill humour characteristic of an acidic pH, and the over-exhilaration characteristic of an alkalotic pH, were considered signs of internal imbalance.
However achieving balance took years of practice and a huge time commitment to develop the necessary skill. In today’s fast-paced technological world we need to accomplish this much more quickly. Otherwise the daily stress of using our mind before our body is fully awake in the morning accelerates aging and limits our capacity to operate at maximum potential.
Three things need to happen to normalize body pH very fast. Subscribe to this blog to find out tomorrow the criteria for a pH fit that every program of physical exercise must include.
Cardiologist Dr. Henry Solomon cited many examples in The Exercise Myth of published studies which clearly show that the majority of cardio vascular accidents where athletes die during or shortly after exercise, were caused by exertion stress. Dr. Amdrew Krahm of the University of British Columbia recently presented a study » at the 2012 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress that suggests sudden death in young athletes is not related to exercise and sports.
The reason given for this new conclusion is the fact that most young athletes die at home when they’re relaxing afterwards, only a few occur on the field while they’re actually playing. Assuming that the cardiovascular accidents in the new study happened after the athlete had fully recovered from exercise training or sports competition (for example it can take the kidneys hours if not days to clear acidity out of the blood and cellular fluid even without the accumulated effect of over-training syndrome) what exactly has changed over the last 25 years to instigate this shift?
If we suspend our skepticism that heart stressors resulting from exercise don’t trigger sudden death from heart attack (not likely since in general 99.9% of all warm-up cool down routines as a rule DO NOT address the disruption of neural, endocrine, circulatory and pH factors that occur during conditioning, adequately ever) then what else could it be? Remember the physiologic changes produced by cortisol combined with an acidified body pH during exercise can damage blood vessel walls much like nicotine as deep body temperature rises and oxygen levels drop. Lactic acid build-up eventually leads to acidosis and changes to the shape and function of protein cells, which is especially damaging to the myocardium. Many forms of cardiomyopathy can occur during exercise where the electrical rhythm of the heart is impacted, including ventricular fibrillation… unless we take the necessary precautionary measures »
We might also find a clue by taking a look at the other side of the lifestyle equation: diet. Given the best case scenerio where a teenager or young adult isn’t snacking on corn or potato chips, sugar, wheat, canola oil, and other GMO based junk food after the game, it’s still been very difficult to avoid the powerful neuro-toxins now widely prevalent on most fresh fruits and vegetables produced in North America. It takes a huge commitment on the part of parents and coaches to source uncontaminated food from local farmers. Find out if they use USDA approved fertilizers or fungicides, because if the symptoms are any indication they now contain ‘safe’ neuro-toxins and GMO derivatives. Plus it’s necessary to check if they protect their harvest from farm to plate during storage, handling and transport. If diet is indeed at least partially to blame, then this makes athlete sudden death a social problem as well as a sports training challenge. Without complete lifestyle solutions for diet and exercise that fit the body we can expect things to get worse before they get better as we raise our consciousness and return to magnificence.

Okay, there’s an elephant in the room no one likes to talk about, and that is the physiologic changes that occur when the body becomes acidic during exercise and sports, and that the body can take hours if not days to recover even with the most rigorous warm-up cool down. This article » is but one example… Because most sudden deaths from cardiac arrest usually occur at home this study concludes that they are therefore not exercise-induced.
By the same token the majority of sudden deaths that occur during or shortly after sports training or competition are due to cardiac arrest. Even if the cardio vascular accident happens hours after exertion, there’s no dogging that exercise-induced stress plays a significant role. The basics can be found in any standard medical text. Metabolic acidity of the blood and cellular fluid not only changes the shape and function of protein cells, it also impacts the electrical activity of cells. When combined with the nicotine-like affect of adrenaline, it should be no surprise that hardening of the arteries and heart disease has been shown to exist in young athletes.
It’s tempting to turn a blind eye because you’re not the originator of a solution, or aren’t willing to take a serious look at the precise natural laws that must be followed because the answer doesn’t fit the status quo for prep and recovery. When we re-envisioned how fitness must evolve to mitigate the stress and strain of sports training and physical conditioning we had discard the old legacy thing in order to engineer an aerobic crossfit warm-up cool down workout which addresses the challenges of pH acidity with efficacy. No, you won’t find this one in any university curriculum, it’s ahead of the curve.
Like most people I used to think that regular exercise can condition and rejuvenate our heart so we don’t ‘”get old” before our time or risk heart attack. It’s true, almost any kind of exercise is better than nothing. As long as we warm-up and cool down for safer conditioning and faster recovery. It’s been shown that while most exercise reduces our cardiovascular risk by a factor or three, strenuous exercise like running, biking and most sports increase our risk by a factor of seven. This is why it’s especially important to restore body pH balance as well as muscle balance within minutes after a strenuous workout. As it turns out, not every warm-up cool down has this capability.
Without a fast way to neutralize body acidity produced by exercise, including most sports and sports-specific warm-up cool down routines, you can actually be increasing your risk of a cardiovascular accident. To prevent arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, angina, fibrillation, hypertension, and heart disease in general, which can cause a heart attack or stroke during exercise, we need a quick reliable way to prevent and recover from acidosis due to electrolyte imbalance and ischemia (oxygen deprivation in the heart muscle) as a result of the circulatory imbalances that normally occur during exercise.
Just getting heart rate up and warming up the large long muscles of the body unfortunately won’t do it. Most exercise and most exercise warm-ups do just the the opposite, i.e., acidify body chemistry. Why focus on normalizing the drop in body pH produced during exercise and sports, as the goal? Because it requires, not only the restoration of equal levels of oxygen in metabolically-active muscle tissue (V02max) and between small and large muscles, but in every organ of the body. The five neuro-endocrine plexus must be awakened in a specific order to balanced, otherwise it’s not possible to achieve homeostasis at Peak Metabolic Potential (PMP™) for fast recovery within minutes. Click Here » for details.
How do we increase the efficiency of warming up and cooling down, with sufficient efficacy to reduce the risk of heart attack? Body’Fit pH Fitness™ (short form… pHx™) compresses physiologic mechanisms in 7-14 minutes to facilitate peak conditioning. It’s very unique because the faster you do it the more energized you become; you get a complete workout without being exhausted. And you can even exercise at home – safely!

One would think that logic has driven public protection from irradiated and radioactive material… not so. The criteria used is merely the ‘perception’ of risk, determined by assessment of it’s acceptability to you and me.
Since this is the foundation upon which decisions are made it would be naive, wouldn’t it, to believe the platitudes that there has been no health risks from exposure to low level radioactivity in North America, and of course the world.
We didn’t object when radioactive waste metal was quietly spread around into thousands of consumer products from cheese graters, handbags, fencing, and recliners to automobiles over the last few decades (despite our mounting health problems). And now a widespread campaign of public ‘education’ has been launched to assure our acceptance of current levels of radiation exposure from Japan.
Acceptance of nuclear reactors is at the root of social dysfunction born of an irrational basis for action where that which is acceptable is considered safe. Nuclear reactors serve no useful purpose… they are not even necessary for producing electrical energy. Not since Nikola Tesla discovered how to harness the unlimited source naturally present in the ionosphere over a century ago.
That however has been unacceptable because it means energy is virtually free to everyone on the planet. There would be no need for war, no need for scarcity, no need for the cog mentality. No more hoarding, controlling, and fear mongering. Pre-established abundance of health, diversity, and creativity would reign. But such has not been our lot. We’ve been reluctant to think, and so we’ve been told. Self sacrifice became the default when we gave up self-esteem.
Fitness trends come and go, but no matter what kind of workout people do they want to feel young and strong, and they want the edge that gets them More Out of Exercise.
And for that it’s necessary to look outside the box, it doesn’t happen automatically. More than a ‘no pain, no gain’ sequence, Body’Fit pH Fitness™ exercise (short form… pHx™) harmonizes the different parts of the body as it develops them. No matter how hard and fast you do pHx, the homeostatic integrity of the physical foundation is never compromised, physiologically or anatomically.
Body’Fit pH Fitness exercise puts the three fundamental aspects – mind, emotions, and body -in tune with one another without stress in as little as 5 minutes. When we work these three aspects in a very concentrated time period we make the exercises stronger; compression eliciting an entirely different result.
For example Body’Fit pHx raises the metabolic rate for faster weight loss without overstimulating the sympathetic nervous system which aggravates the inflammatory condition indicative of leptin and insulin resistance characteristic of Obesity. Body pH balance which is usually disrupted during exercise, is returned to normal alkalinity, recovering our emotional balance rapidly and economically. And oxygen consumption in all the organs of the body can be put into balance in 5 to 15 minutes, including VO2max levels in both large and small muscles, improving coordination and performance.
Anyone can learn to do the pHx routine with ease in 21 days. It’s a particularly useful adjunct to any workout or sport. And it gives you the edge even on days you can’t get to the gym.
Ever wonder why you get into a bad mood when you’re under stress. It’s not all in your head, it’s in your body too. Any kind of stress whether it’s from working out too hard or working too hard, period, gets body pH out of balance disrupting the electric potential of cells. Once a situation gets to you at the level of your electrolyte chemistry, watch out… it’s going to take a lot of self control to keep your mood from dropping into the red zone. And it affects the electrical activity of the nervous system… hence the saying ‘nerves are on edge’. So stay cool… neutralize all that body acidity with a round of pHx™, alkaline diet, and a squeeze lemon in your ionic tonic.
BodyFitLife.com is here to help you return body pH to normal balance (with muscle balancing efficacy in as little as 5 minutes) before and after an acidic workout (Body pH balance has many benefit for health, wealth and happiness. Compression of body mechanism is the bases (no pun intended) for an exact body pH fit that gets More Out of Exercise™. Balance Body pH and Restore Your Health – Acid vs Alkaline
is a link to an interesting website that understands the crucial importance of balancing the pH cells with an alkalizing diet. However, to increase the benefits of alkalizing foods and supplements, it’s necessary to perform daily exercise that drives the nutrients deep into the organs of the body. Otherwise the value of an alkalizing diet in pH balance is lost or worse, counteracted as soon as anaerobic exercise makes body pH acidic. While increasing human growth hormone levels (HGH) and building muscle, anaerobic exercise like most exercise unfortunately also reduces circulation to the viscera to below resting levels, actually speeding up aging in the long run.
Is your exercise program fulfilling the ultimate purpose of exercise? A solution is required that not only restores a healthy alkaline pH balance while raising HGH levels but also triggers all hormones in a sequence that increases circulation to the deep organs. If you’d like to avoid follow-the-leader superficial fixes, check out his website. Rather than decreasing circulation to the organs, it offers an exercise program that’s specifically designed to restore youthful agility and vitality, physiologically rejuvenating and revitilizing the body by returning body pH to normal alkalinity while equalizing VO2max in both large and small muscles. Do you have an extra 5-15 minutes a day to spare getting both your muscles and your pH in shape? Do your own thinking, it’s worth your health.
