GMO Alert

Did you know that soybean vitamins,I know it’s a contradiction in terms, are now added to grains during processing into flour. It was a total surprise to me too, since the body uses up vitamins to recover from gmo’s. If you’ve been following this controversial topic and paying close attention to how your body reacts to genetically modified synthetics, you may have noticed that indigestion, bone and joint pain, etc. can occur after ingesting breads, cereals, anything made with flour. Soybeans are one of the most common GMO additives on the market today.

Why would anyone want to add soybeans to flour? That’s exactly the reaction my organic baker had when she found out her flour supply was contaminated. The good news is, I just found out today, is the wheat itself isn’t the problem, no one wants to buy GMO wheat anymore. That may also give us a clue. The only way GMO can be taken  to market is by camouflaging its presence. Nonetheless economics is probably the best case scenario, if you give those controlling the food industry the benefit of doubt.

Deliberately misleading the public like that gives rise for deeper concerns about the real motive behind the scam. If you’re health conscious and want to avoid GMO’s in your diet, they’re going to try to make you eat the toxic substance like it or not. It also means that milk, which now contains GMO soy-based vitamins is also toxic, along with all other processed food. Producers must be getting some kind of incentive or kick back to go to the extent of abusing basic essentials like plain flour. Awareness and disclosure is our best strategy for curing this serious social concern.

[ Heart Attack ] Prevention: what are we missing?

Cardiologist Dr. Henry Solomon cited many examples in The Exercise Myth of published studies which clearly show that the majority of cardio vascular accidents where athletes die during or shortly after exercise, were caused by exertion stress. Dr. Amdrew Krahm of the University of British Columbia recently presented a study » at the 2012 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress that suggests sudden death in young athletes is not related to exercise and sports.

The reason given for this new conclusion is the fact that most young athletes die at home when they’re relaxing afterwards, only a few occur on the field while they’re actually playing. Assuming that the cardiovascular accidents in the new study happened after the athlete had fully recovered from exercise training or sports competition (for example it can take the kidneys hours if not days to clear acidity out of the blood and cellular fluid even without the accumulated effect of over-training syndrome) what exactly has changed over the last 25 years to instigate this shift?

If we suspend our skepticism that heart stressors resulting from exercise don’t trigger sudden death from heart attack (not likely since in general 99.9% of all warm-up cool down routines as a rule DO NOT address the disruption of neural, endocrine, circulatory and pH factors that occur during conditioning, adequately ever) then what else could it be? Remember the physiologic changes produced by cortisol combined with an acidified body pH during exercise can damage blood vessel walls much like nicotine as deep body temperature rises and oxygen levels drop. Lactic acid build-up eventually leads to acidosis and changes to the shape and function of protein cells, which is especially damaging to the myocardium. Many forms of cardiomyopathy can occur during exercise where the electrical rhythm of the heart is impacted, including ventricular fibrillation… unless we take the necessary precautionary measures »

Locally-sourced is your best bet.

We might also find a clue by taking a look at the other side of the lifestyle equation: diet. Given the best case scenerio where a teenager or young adult isn’t snacking on corn or potato chips, sugar, wheat, canola oil, and other GMO based junk food after the game, it’s still been very difficult to avoid the powerful neuro-toxins now widely prevalent on most fresh fruits and vegetables produced in North America. It takes a huge commitment on the part of parents and coaches to source uncontaminated food from local farmers. Find out if they use USDA approved fertilizers or fungicides, because if the symptoms are any indication they now contain ‘safe’ neuro-toxins and GMO derivatives. Plus it’s necessary to check if they protect their harvest from farm to plate during storage, handling and transport. If diet is indeed at least partially to blame, then this makes athlete sudden death a social problem as well as a sports training challenge. Without complete lifestyle solutions for diet and exercise that fit the body we can expect things to get worse before they get better as we raise our consciousness and return to magnificence.

[ GMO ] Avoidance is The Answer

California’s PROP 37 GMO food labelling initiative was defeated thanks to the misleading advertising by GMO giants just days prior to the vote. Apparently some $45 to $48 million of advertising aimed at convincing voters that GMO is safe for consumption swayed the vote.

But don’t despair; GMO is pretty easy to avoid, and of course avoidance is the only answer. If you cut off the life blood of an organism (in this case money) it will die.

So how do you avoid GMO. In a nutshell just about all processed food, even if it’s organic can include GMO ingredients, so stop buying it. Instead, buy local, and be sure to ask the farmer how they’re protecting their crops from the GMO giants and even the USDA.

SORRY for the bad news, but not all is lost if your follow the simple plan of buying local. Besides, real natural ingredients make the best meals, just ask an Italian Chief »

Oh yah, here’s the scope behind the Vote »

Complete, Perfect, and Pre-Established

It’s kind of funny really. From the clothes we wear to the roof over our heads, everything is constructed out of the blueprint of nature. Yet our ego seems to view its manipulation with regards to our food as an advancement on Nature; and we miss the enduring quality, abundance, and priceless value of the regular, unaltered and ordinary. What makes pre-established templates complete and perfect? Nature produces the most efficient pattern for each blueprint for sustainability with the whole of our environment, making it possible for cycles to occur seamlessly in complete synchronicity.

In this way the human body depends on the entire scale of planetary evolution – it’s the fruit of the tree. Evolution is a process that follows a pre-established plan with the human body as the final result, the completion of the cycle as a whole. True evolution of a species is always for the case of survival. If the mutation is correct and in the case of evolution it is, the species survives and even thrives.

While the body is the result of evolution of plant and animal species, the mind is the result of social development. In man’s unceasing thought-based evolution focused on manipulation of nature, the result has more often the weakening of species. An imagination that makes as its sole reference, the social constructs from which it develops, without deference to the authority of nature’s pre-established structure cannot, by definition, match reality.

We would take well to realize that when we are tampering perfection, invention that doesn’t fit the whole is disruptive and destructive to the cyclical processes which optimize its potential (DNA cloning and nano manipulation of pre-established molecules, is one example. The lack of sufficient land allotment for humane husbandry of farm animals, is another.). Our mind’s potential is optimized in exact proportion to it’s harmony with the body. Only social constructs which match the pre-established pattern or blueprint of nature, can provide a basis for the mind to be stabilized by the body.

We cannot determine the best action to take with integrity if we don’t understand intuitively, emotionally, and mentally the limits our natural environment can bare (especially at the rate a very small percentage of us have been using up most of the world’s non-renewable resources – having children out of social expectation is one example. Another is the dispute over water between Egypt and Ethiopia’s burgeoning population, yet exploding growth has gone out of control with respect to limits of natural environment, leading to the threat of war over manipulation of the Nile.) We need to consider whether we’re not better served by taking care of our own internal integrity, and developing and implementing green solutions, so that ALL children can fulfill their potential, and not procreate than we can properly take care of.

The degree to which our mind is based on the reality of the perfection and completeness of nature, determines how well we can survive as a species. Unless development of the mind fits pre-established blueprints, history shows even religion has fantastically assumed the mental construct that the Creator goes against creation, and orthodox academic propound justified greed instead of championing reason (building oil wells in fragile environments, etc. ad nauseum). There are, of course, precise scientific laws to cultural unity based on self-responsibility  for perpetuity of the world at its highest level, and at the speed we’re approaching global limits…

Precision that achieves fast kinesthetic balance under conditions of the physiologic pH balance gives the rapid homeostatic equilibrium that  sustains a tenacious link unifying mind, body, and emotions all day long.”

Evolution: Olympic Sports Fit

When is science a body fit, and when does it not fit the body. And is it real science if it’s just a clever (disintegrative) abstraction which doesn’t lie within the context of reality as a whole? I was watching a YouTube video on the future of human evolution, and this Canadian journalist was promoting the idea that the human race will disappear and be replaced by clones. What do you suppose would induce a ‘prestigious’ journalist to take this position on such a ridiculous proposition, especially since cloning always makes an organisms weaker than the original genomes from which they are derived? Ignorance, money, whatever… the seed is being planted for the acceptance of the genetic manipulation of human genes.

The reality is the human organism is at the top of the planetary evolutionary scale, it has reached the level of perfection within the context of the planet as a whole. However physiologic development of our body is separate from our mental and emotional development which has a social context. The demands of ethics require us to prevent our extinction as a result of pollution including genetic engineering of DNA (or overpopulation, or improper distribution of resources, or nuclear weapons). Our minds and emotions, which are a social development, will need to catch up with the completed evolution of the physical body in order to support our DNA structure. This is where our evolution is not yet complete, and it doesn’t happen automatically. It’s a deliberate process of specialized exercise science that can accomplish integration of neural centers in the head, chest, and abdomen quickly in 5 to 15 minutes on a daily basis. Body’Fit pH Fitness™ exercise (short form… pHx™) is a basic tool for the completion of our evolutionary journey via balancing of the physical foundation.

Debt Money | Cloning | Obesity

Unrelated? Not if we push aside deceit, denial, and debt for a closer look.  Clearly, how our monetary system acts to fuel the ecological cloning crisis results in the obesity epidemic.

The first layer of denial becomes apparent with the common perception that resource commodities are represented with a positive money value. In fact wealth is represented by debt. At the beginning of the 20th century, behind closed doors and without democratic debate, government handed over their constitutional duty to issue the money supply through the federal reserve to the banks. That’s how bankruptcy was built into the monetary system.

The advantage is that productivity needs to be kept at maximum levels in order to bring more money into circulation. The disadvantage is that we eventually run out of natural resources, and we’re required to invent unnatural resources such as cloning. This is where deceit comes in…  prestigious deceit by the International Society for Horticultural Science, for example. They’re even trying to hide the manipulated genes by hybridizing different varieties as in the case of Del Monte Extra Sweet Pineapple, and passing them over as conventionally grown. More than genomes are being manipulated with the introduction of synthetic genetically engineered organisms into the ecosystem and into our bodies. It’s good for… well good for the economy anyway. And besides it tastes good.

Too good maybe… the widespread spreading of America’s midsection began about the same time as the widespread introduction of GMO crops such as corn, canola, soy, and potatoes. About 68 percent of the products found in your supermarket contain genetically engineered food (which incidentally is about the same percentage as the number of obese and overweight people in North America). On the surface obesity on this scale doesn’t make sense in this day and age of health consciousness.

With a little investigation however it’s clear to see how our monetary system acts to fuel the ecological cloning crisis that results in the obesity epidemic. What’s not so clear is the growing pile of deceit and denial in the face of ecological disaster. But then there aren’t too many of us sitting on the top of this heap of bad profit.
