[ Busy Women ] Entrepreneurs: Circulation Crucial to Weight Loss

It’s also crucial for heart attack prevention, positive mood, mental acuity and anti-aging rejuvenation.

When I say circulation is the keystone to health, I’m not talking about the large long muscles that hog most (up to 90%) of the blood in the body during exercise.

That’s fine for building muscle but not for re-building all the other parts of the body. And it’s certainly not the most efficient way to burn fat contrary to popular belief.

Here’s why:

  • Oxygen is the fuel that burns the calories. In order to speed up metabolism, the body requires oxygen. Since total body mass is much greater than muscle mass, the more oxygen you can circulate to more cells the more fat you can burn.
  • Electrolytes are the spark plug that ignites the oxygen. For efficient metabolism the body requires a specific ratio of ionic particles. Otherwise electrical activity is dampened as acidified pH of blood and cellular fluid disrupts electrolyte balance.
  • Hormones and neural networks are the engine that drives the entire process. In order to steer the body in the direction of health the neuro-endocrine system has to be stimulated in a new way that opens up rather than shuts down circulation in the deep organs.

Here’s how:

  • Oxygen delivery depends on control of dilation and constriction. Since the circulatory system is a closed circuit, to get equal amounts of oxygen to every cell it’s necessary to control blood vessel diameter. Usually the default during exercise is dilation in muscle tissue and general constriction in the rest of the body. This is automatic unless you take over the controls with movement-specific design that follows precise natural laws.
  • Electrolyte balance depends on control of temperature and ventilation. As blood vessels shut down with rising temperatures and breathing gets heavier, it’s a signal that steady state body pH has been disrupted and metabolic electricity dampened. To put yourself at the helm of compensatory mechanisms, breathing-specific design must fit the needs of each exercise so precisely there’s no discernible hyperventilation or hypoventilation at any speed, intensity or duration EVER.
  • Hormone and neural triggers depend on control of deep body stimulation. Release of cortisol into the blood stream needs to be mitigated during exercise, otherwise inflammation accelerates pre-mature aging and slows weight loss ». Sequence-specific exercise design is required to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and trigger the release of all hormones (including HGH and leptin) in the proportions that open up circulation in both deep and superficial tissues.

Here’s what and when:

  • Martial arts is perhaps best known for it’s ability to generate ionic energy in the body. There’s a traditional saying that “circulation goes where chi flows”. Qigong, Tai chi and the soft martial arts are conducive to raising metabolic rate without promoting overheating and hyperventilation, however it takes great patience to develop enough skill to balance all the neural and endocrine factors. Therefore this modality is more appropriate for life long learning.
  • Yoga and Pilates are famous for aligning and stimulating the spinal segments by working the core muscles. Movement of the vertebrae stimulates neural plexus and subsequently the corresponding endocrine plexus and hormones, however here again it takes many hours of practice to perfect and accomplish these goals. Therefore yoga and Pilates are appropriate for classes taken two or three times a week with a master teacher of the modality.
  • Body’Fit pHx is a new exercise modality at par with the discovery of Pilates, yoga, and martial arts, that can be learned in 21 days at one session per week or online » in the comfort of your own home. By compressing neural, endocrine, and pH factors into 7-14 minutes, pHx™ produces a flash of oxygen, electrolytes and hormones throughout the body very fast. This modality is appropriate if time, space, and convenience are a priority; try pHx first thing in the morning within a few minutes of waking up (something I don’t recommend for any other fitness modality for reasons sited above).

In the context of systemic circulation, weight loss then becomes a marker for disease prevention, for regeneration, and for making more money and living a better life too »

Is your exercise a body fit?

Ever wonder why just about everybody at the gym looks so young? That’s because they are, chronologically. Of course, it’s one thing to exercise when you’re young, it’s another to stay as young with exercise during your entire lifespan. Don’t have to, of course, but you may want to.

Exercise, believe it or not, is the fastest way to balance body pH (essential for faster weight loss & conditioning without immune-stress aging). Exercise is also the fastest way to imbalance body pH (which hammers the immune system accelerating aging). It all depends on whether your exercise is a partial body fit or an exact body fit. An exact  body fit always restores acid-base equilibrium, and a partial body fit always disrupts the chemical balance of the blood and cellular fluid.

Since the rest of the body doesn’t use up extra oxygen as fast as muscle tissue does, deep organs provide a ready storehouse for oxygen reserves. All exercise stimulates nerves and glands to varying degrees, however unless you can systematically amplify circulation in the neural and endocrine centres in the correct sequence that eliminates competition for oxygen between deep organ tissues you can’t expect to experience equal V02max in both small and large muscles throughout the body – as well as in the organs – which is the pre-requisite for balancing body pH balance. Usually there’s no shortcut to exercise because the less you workout the slower the results. It takes a new paradigm to get more out of exercise, faster.

The degree to which your workout fits your body has a lot to do with how motivated we are to train hard and push ourselves to peak performance , and the tools we have to do so without getting old before our time. Of course the vast majority of the population don’t have the motivation to exercise nearly enough, and therefore age just as fast. That’s the rub, isn’t it? How do we fit the body so comprehensively that we can participate safely in competitive sports without endangering our health, and yet exercise with the ease, speed, and elegance to ignite passion for weight loss in a couch potato? It’s a revolutionary concept whose time has come.

Fitness trainers, athletes, and industry leaders have no choice but to train rigorously for competition. Standard training utilizing Specific Adaptation to Imposted Demands (SAID) fits the body to a certain point. SAID conditioning no matter how sports specific, is a partial fit, and that usually becomes very obvious around the age of about 35 when degeneration exceeds recovery. If we don’t want normal day-to-day tension and intends sports training to dampen our spirits and damage our results, exercise design need to consciously take over where our body leaves off. Yoga traditionally has done this, however if it’s not done slowly in the traditional way it can be really hard on the body when our mind overpowers our physical capacity.

Achieving the ultimate purpose of exercise: rejuvenation, requires a normal slightly alkaline body pH so all cells can fire at maximum capacity, otherwise acidity produced by stress tends to draw minerals from vital organs, bones, and hair. Sustaining the integrative anti-aging effect of all-day acid base equilibrium also has a lot to do with the ongoing development of our mind. Balancing the pH daily is what keeps both brain and body vital at any age. Although metabolic rate goes up with any kind of exercise that gets the heart pumping, chemical balance  is also disrupted as soon as breathing quickens. Yoga can balance oxygen levels in all the tissues if done in the traditional way over long hours. But how can we accomplish this quickly within a few minutes when and where we need it?

You know immediately when normal pH balance is disrupted during exercise  because the energy drops. To compress restoration of chemical balance into minutes we need to accelerate the speed of oxygen delivery in all tissues without stress, otherwise it can take the kidneys hours if not days to neutralize body pH (no matter how much water you drink) after a ‘no pain no gain’ workout. Even the most well thought-out fitness program tailored to your individual needs cannot normalize metabolic pH fast enough to be sustainable long term without including this element. It takes specialized engineering to fit the body at the deeper physiological level; and distributing ionic energy evenly through all organs, glands and tissues is the challenge.

As it turns out, what is, is, and similar doesn’t cut it. Since aerobic homeostatic Peak Metabolic Potential™ (PMP™)  cannot be achieved with a partial body fit, and since stress accelerates acid degeneration, exercise not only needs to put all muscle groups into balance, it also needs to balance the pH acidity of blood and cellular fluid if we want to go beyond the limits of what nature provides (even with the best genes). It’s impossible for the human organism to sustain acid-base equilibrium at  peak metabolic rate without an exact body fit at the DNA  level. The good news is that simply by adding a warm-up cool down that does fit the body to your regular training routine you can restore body pH in minutes. The more comprehensive a program of physical exercise is, the more enjoyable. The usual soreness and stiffness after a good workout disappears as if by magic. It’s a wonderful feeling.

Build your knowledge. The technique is now available, it’s easily accessible, and you may as well use it if you’re serious about what you’re doing. When homeostasis, usually disrupted by physical exertion, is sustained even as heart rate reaches training levels, the result is restoration of body pH with speed and ease. The physiologic laws for compression of acid base equilibrium are very precise. To achieve this feat this fast we’ve used contemporary methods to design exercise that warms up the body from the inside out, not the outside in, organs first then muscles.  If you have the passion for accomplishment… 0pt in here.
