pHx™ and Pilates

Pilates Studio

Joseph Pilates at work in his Studio

“Why pHx works so well as prep work for Pilates is that while both adhere to similar principles of movement functionally Pilates concerns itself more with core strength and structural alignment, whereas pHx functions primarily metabolically. Body’Fit pH Fitness (pHx) builds oxygen reserves in deep organs and prevents the usual circulatory shut down that cools visceral tissues, even as V02max rises in all individual muscle groups within 7 to 14 minutes. The pHx routine is design sensitive, it’s about triggering pressure points, bringing the ventilation-perfusion ratio in the three lung segments closer to a value of one, and distributing circulation to all the cells of the body equally so as to elicit the sudden absorption of electrolytes needed to alkalize pH acidity with any type of exercise workout.” — Suzanna Aaring 2013

Personally I do Pilates for postural re-education but it find it cools off my organs too much unless I also do  a pHx warm-up cool down to eliminate muscle soreness, accelerate conditioning, and ace weight loss  »

[ Wrinkle Proof Skin ] via pH Anti Aging Exercise

Why wrinkle proof your exercise workout? While health isn’t just about beauty, natural beauty is a marker for health fitness that protects us physically, emotionally, and mentally. Achieving body pH balance faster each morning using specially designed exercise is a powerful wrinkle reducing secret that also provides profound benefit for directive function in the higher neural centres.

You know how areas around the mouth and nose go white when blood drains from the face under stress? Ultimately it’s the result of adrenaline pumped into the blood stream by the adrenal medulla and sympathetic nervous system; this happens anytime we’re awake and engaged in daily activity, even when walking or just thinking. This is the hormone that shuts down circulation in most of the body (including around the mouth during exercise even when the rest of the face is hot and sweaty) so the muscles can take flight or fight if necessary.

The cerebral circulation is protected from hormone, body pH, and other steady state disruptions by a blood brain barrier with one exception: the pineal gland. This little structure within the midbrain is responsible for monitoring what’s going on in the body and communicating with the brain (hence evolution didn’t put a barrier between the pineal gland and the rest of the body). The pineal gland plays such a key role in mind body awareness and integration, and is of such importance to both brain and body, it has a circulation second only to the kidneys.

Whenever blood vessels constrict in deep organs and skin innervated by the sympathetic nerves like around the mouth (as they usually do during exercise) it’s a sure sign the pineal gland has shut down as well. As blood volume shifts from the organs and skin to the large long working muscles, body pH drops and blood and cellular fluid become acidic. This in turn affects our mood (once the endorphins have worn off), speed of cellular renewal, and our ability to continue to master our environment as we age. So how do we get more blood into the skin and pineal gland during exercise? Just hanging upside down or doing a headstand isn’t enough for the effect to last all day, find out more…

Share a success tip for 2013

“Not meaning to sound cliche or sales-y, but I have to say my top tip for business success is ‘do pHx first’, at the start of your day, before a meeting, before a presentation, before anything else you do in business. It’s the secret to my success and why I’m able to focus with one-pointed clarity and exceptional stamina for long periods, even under pressure.” — Suzanna Aaring 2013

[ pHx ] Why the Unusual Focus? Part II

Three things need to happen to accelerate the normalization of body pH to steady state levels whenever blood and cellular fluid becomes acidic under stress which splits mind and body. The warm-up cool down criteria required to achieve a pH fit with any program of physical exercise include:

pH Fit #1
Design of the breathing pattern needs to fit the oxygen needs of each movement with such precision that the usual quickening and heaviness of breath during exercise is never observed under any circumstance of speed, intensity or duration.

pH Fit #2
Circulation of blood and lymph which usually gets shut down in the deep organs during exercise as fluid volume shifts to the large long working muscles, needs to be addressed in order to distribute oxygen and electrolytes more equitably between all tissues of the body.

pH Fit #3
To prevent the competition for oxygen between tissues during exercise when the same V02max isn’t (and it usually isn’t) achieved in the small muscles of the wrists and ankles as in the large muscles, it’s necessary to oxygenate the anatomical cavities in order of greatest blood volume and work the muscles in corresponding sequence.

If you’re a busy woman like myself who enjoys experiencing a real difference in acuity, mood and stamina very fast first thing in the morning try Body’Fit pHx™ » Yes it’s easy.

[ pHx ] Why the Unusual Focus?

I’m often asked about my unusual focus on steady state pH balance during exercise?

Unlike the lower animals, the mind develops separately from the body in human beings, and requires conscious integration. We cannot fully bring the two parts of ourselves into a single one-pointed whole at will, unless we can restore chemical balance in blood and cellular fluid throughout the body. To fire at maximum capacity each and every cell needs to maintain acid base equilibrium inside and outside it’s walls. The kidneys eventually recover pH balance, so what’s the big deal?

Since ancient times internal balance has been the goal of disciplines like yoga, meditation, and martial arts. It was observed that when physical, emotional, and mental balance was restored, such a person was in control of themselves. The two extremes of depression and ill humour characteristic of an acidic pH, and the over-exhilaration characteristic of an alkalotic pH, were considered signs of internal imbalance.

However achieving balance took years of practice and a huge time commitment to develop the necessary skill. In today’s fast-paced technological world we need to accomplish this much more quickly. Otherwise the daily stress of using our mind before our body is fully awake in the morning accelerates aging and limits our capacity to operate at maximum potential.

Three things need to happen to normalize body pH very fast. Subscribe to this blog to find out tomorrow the criteria for a pH fit that every program of physical exercise must include.

[ Busy Women ] Entrepreneurs: Circulation Crucial to Weight Loss

It’s also crucial for heart attack prevention, positive mood, mental acuity and anti-aging rejuvenation.

When I say circulation is the keystone to health, I’m not talking about the large long muscles that hog most (up to 90%) of the blood in the body during exercise.

That’s fine for building muscle but not for re-building all the other parts of the body. And it’s certainly not the most efficient way to burn fat contrary to popular belief.

Here’s why:

  • Oxygen is the fuel that burns the calories. In order to speed up metabolism, the body requires oxygen. Since total body mass is much greater than muscle mass, the more oxygen you can circulate to more cells the more fat you can burn.
  • Electrolytes are the spark plug that ignites the oxygen. For efficient metabolism the body requires a specific ratio of ionic particles. Otherwise electrical activity is dampened as acidified pH of blood and cellular fluid disrupts electrolyte balance.
  • Hormones and neural networks are the engine that drives the entire process. In order to steer the body in the direction of health the neuro-endocrine system has to be stimulated in a new way that opens up rather than shuts down circulation in the deep organs.

Here’s how:

  • Oxygen delivery depends on control of dilation and constriction. Since the circulatory system is a closed circuit, to get equal amounts of oxygen to every cell it’s necessary to control blood vessel diameter. Usually the default during exercise is dilation in muscle tissue and general constriction in the rest of the body. This is automatic unless you take over the controls with movement-specific design that follows precise natural laws.
  • Electrolyte balance depends on control of temperature and ventilation. As blood vessels shut down with rising temperatures and breathing gets heavier, it’s a signal that steady state body pH has been disrupted and metabolic electricity dampened. To put yourself at the helm of compensatory mechanisms, breathing-specific design must fit the needs of each exercise so precisely there’s no discernible hyperventilation or hypoventilation at any speed, intensity or duration EVER.
  • Hormone and neural triggers depend on control of deep body stimulation. Release of cortisol into the blood stream needs to be mitigated during exercise, otherwise inflammation accelerates pre-mature aging and slows weight loss ». Sequence-specific exercise design is required to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and trigger the release of all hormones (including HGH and leptin) in the proportions that open up circulation in both deep and superficial tissues.

Here’s what and when:

  • Martial arts is perhaps best known for it’s ability to generate ionic energy in the body. There’s a traditional saying that “circulation goes where chi flows”. Qigong, Tai chi and the soft martial arts are conducive to raising metabolic rate without promoting overheating and hyperventilation, however it takes great patience to develop enough skill to balance all the neural and endocrine factors. Therefore this modality is more appropriate for life long learning.
  • Yoga and Pilates are famous for aligning and stimulating the spinal segments by working the core muscles. Movement of the vertebrae stimulates neural plexus and subsequently the corresponding endocrine plexus and hormones, however here again it takes many hours of practice to perfect and accomplish these goals. Therefore yoga and Pilates are appropriate for classes taken two or three times a week with a master teacher of the modality.
  • Body’Fit pHx is a new exercise modality at par with the discovery of Pilates, yoga, and martial arts, that can be learned in 21 days at one session per week or online » in the comfort of your own home. By compressing neural, endocrine, and pH factors into 7-14 minutes, pHx™ produces a flash of oxygen, electrolytes and hormones throughout the body very fast. This modality is appropriate if time, space, and convenience are a priority; try pHx first thing in the morning within a few minutes of waking up (something I don’t recommend for any other fitness modality for reasons sited above).

In the context of systemic circulation, weight loss then becomes a marker for disease prevention, for regeneration, and for making more money and living a better life too »

[ Heart Attack ] Prevention: what are we missing?

Cardiologist Dr. Henry Solomon cited many examples in The Exercise Myth of published studies which clearly show that the majority of cardio vascular accidents where athletes die during or shortly after exercise, were caused by exertion stress. Dr. Amdrew Krahm of the University of British Columbia recently presented a study » at the 2012 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress that suggests sudden death in young athletes is not related to exercise and sports.

The reason given for this new conclusion is the fact that most young athletes die at home when they’re relaxing afterwards, only a few occur on the field while they’re actually playing. Assuming that the cardiovascular accidents in the new study happened after the athlete had fully recovered from exercise training or sports competition (for example it can take the kidneys hours if not days to clear acidity out of the blood and cellular fluid even without the accumulated effect of over-training syndrome) what exactly has changed over the last 25 years to instigate this shift?

If we suspend our skepticism that heart stressors resulting from exercise don’t trigger sudden death from heart attack (not likely since in general 99.9% of all warm-up cool down routines as a rule DO NOT address the disruption of neural, endocrine, circulatory and pH factors that occur during conditioning, adequately ever) then what else could it be? Remember the physiologic changes produced by cortisol combined with an acidified body pH during exercise can damage blood vessel walls much like nicotine as deep body temperature rises and oxygen levels drop. Lactic acid build-up eventually leads to acidosis and changes to the shape and function of protein cells, which is especially damaging to the myocardium. Many forms of cardiomyopathy can occur during exercise where the electrical rhythm of the heart is impacted, including ventricular fibrillation… unless we take the necessary precautionary measures »

Locally-sourced is your best bet.

We might also find a clue by taking a look at the other side of the lifestyle equation: diet. Given the best case scenerio where a teenager or young adult isn’t snacking on corn or potato chips, sugar, wheat, canola oil, and other GMO based junk food after the game, it’s still been very difficult to avoid the powerful neuro-toxins now widely prevalent on most fresh fruits and vegetables produced in North America. It takes a huge commitment on the part of parents and coaches to source uncontaminated food from local farmers. Find out if they use USDA approved fertilizers or fungicides, because if the symptoms are any indication they now contain ‘safe’ neuro-toxins and GMO derivatives. Plus it’s necessary to check if they protect their harvest from farm to plate during storage, handling and transport. If diet is indeed at least partially to blame, then this makes athlete sudden death a social problem as well as a sports training challenge. Without complete lifestyle solutions for diet and exercise that fit the body we can expect things to get worse before they get better as we raise our consciousness and return to magnificence.

[ Busy Women ] Entrepreneurs : Talk About Passion

Let’s face it, just about everyone is talking about passion these days. Heck, in my email just today, the new broadcasts were; master passion, stay passionate, stir passion, along with of course the free webinars and ebooks to support or should I say sell the idea. Now don’t get me wrong here, I strongly believe passion is at the root of all success, in fact I call it “Will To Do”, as it’s the unstoppable driving force that gets things done, and gets us to take action. However the difficult part is in the ‘how to’, not in the ‘what’ (which is easily identified). As it turns out the natural laws for accomplishing this are very precise.

On our website, BodyFitLife.com » even the header announces “Where Women and Men with the passion for accomplishment getFit and stayFit”. We built it because as you know, even if you love what you do, it takes an extra boost to ignite passion for both work and working out, and we need to do that with much more speed, ease and efficiency than we ever have in the past. You can read Suzanna’s Story Here » and find out how she put into action a new fitness modality (Body’Fit pHx™) on par with the discovery of yoga, Pilates and martial arts. It works and I can personally testify to that. By the way, when Suzanna started signing her articles and videocast email posts, Ignite Passion, that’s when it seems the current buzz about passion really ‘ignited’.

But not to digress, the point of my rouse is this; yes, we all have passion, but the key to success is in fact figuring out how to fire it up without getting over-worked, overweight, and stressed out. I love Alicia Keys new album, “Girl On Fire” » wow what a great way to realize that the secret is in how you fan the flame. Here’s the catch – passion is not just an intellectual concept, the intellect by itself comes with a lot of baggage, the kind that usually stops you dead in your tracks. Some people call it karma, others call it limiting beliefs. Either way, we need a method that doesn’t require thinking ourselves into it.

What I’m saying is that we can’t ignite passion with thought alone, it’s way too difficult, and way too unreliable. I’ve found that the kind of driving force willpower that gets things done can only be accomplished consistently by working directly with the body. That’s because the power I’m referring to here is the ‘will to do’ soul at the core of our existence that comes from deep within the gut and can only be integrated with the mind if we … click Here »  and discover the secret to how you can ignite passion quickly, easily and effectively in just a few minutes first thing every morning, without having to think about it.

[ Busy Women ] & pHx, trick or treat?

When asked why she joined my new group Busy Women Entrepreneurs on LinkedIn, one woman said she liked the nature of the group, “AND I’m a 30+ year entrepreneur – not 30 years old!!!!!!!!!!” I thought this fit well with another woman’s query (who is in her 30’s) who asked, I’ve just looked at your website and it sounds interesting, how is pHx™ different from other workout regimens?

The answer is in the question… pHx is not just another workout regimen that repeats, reuses and repackages a little bit of this and a little bit of that and presents it as the latest cocktail of something you’ve done before. It’s an entirely new exercise modality, at par with the discovery of yoga, Pilates, or martial arts, that encompass all previous knowledge to go beyond anything you’ve experienced before. Yes there is something new under the sun, and it’s a treat not a trick.

pHx changes everything and that becomes obvious the very first time you do it. I do it everyday, its how I’ve stayed fit all these years even when I was too busy to go to the gym. Now whenever I do go for a game of squash, some weight lifting or a Pilates class, I always do a 7-minute round of pHx as my warm-up and then again as my cool down. It totally revives me and prevents any soreness I’d otherwise experience from sports and exercise.

I could go on and on because I’m passionate about getting the word out and having others experience the advantages of pHx. Bye the way, it’s all in the Body’Fit Life website, we built it to give you all the information, training and support you’ll need to make pHx a part of your life. And we’ve even included other bonuses to make sure you have what you need to achieve total business success. Women deserve to make more money and have a better life. [ Sports Exercise ] Heart Attack Risk

Okay, there’s an elephant in the room no one likes to talk about, and that is the physiologic changes that occur when the body becomes acidic during exercise and sports, and that the body can take hours if not days to recover even with the most rigorous warm-up cool down. This article » is but one example… Because most sudden deaths from cardiac arrest usually occur at home this study concludes that they are therefore not exercise-induced.

By the same token the majority of sudden deaths that occur during or shortly after sports training or competition are due to cardiac arrest. Even if the cardio vascular accident happens hours after exertion, there’s no dogging that exercise-induced stress plays a significant role. The basics can be found in any standard medical text. Metabolic acidity of the blood and cellular fluid not only changes the shape and function of protein cells, it also impacts the electrical activity of cells. When combined with the nicotine-like affect of adrenaline, it should be no surprise that hardening of the arteries and heart disease has been shown to exist in young athletes.

It’s tempting to turn a blind eye because you’re not the originator of a solution, or aren’t willing to take a serious look at the precise natural laws that must be followed because the answer doesn’t fit the status quo for prep and recovery. When we re-envisioned how fitness must evolve to mitigate the stress and strain of sports training and physical conditioning we had discard the old legacy thing in order to engineer an aerobic crossfit warm-up cool down workout which addresses the challenges of pH acidity with efficacy. No, you won’t find this one in any university curriculum, it’s ahead of the curve.

Like most people I used to think that regular exercise can condition and rejuvenate our heart so we don’t ‘”get old” before our time or risk heart attack. It’s true, almost any kind of exercise is better than nothing. As long as we warm-up and cool down for safer conditioning and faster recovery. It’s been shown that while most exercise reduces our cardiovascular risk by a factor or three, strenuous exercise like running, biking and most sports increase our risk by a factor of seven. This is why it’s especially important to restore body pH balance as well as muscle balance within minutes after a strenuous workout. As it turns out, not every warm-up cool down has this capability.

Without a fast way to neutralize body acidity produced by exercise, including most sports and sports-specific warm-up cool down routines, you can actually be increasing your risk of a cardiovascular accident. To prevent arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, angina, fibrillation, hypertension, and heart disease in general, which can cause a heart attack or stroke during exercise, we need a quick reliable way to prevent and recover from acidosis due to electrolyte imbalance and ischemia (oxygen deprivation in the heart muscle) as a result of the circulatory imbalances that normally occur during exercise.

Just getting heart rate up and warming up the large long muscles of the body unfortunately won’t do it.  Most exercise and most exercise warm-ups do just the the opposite, i.e., acidify body chemistry.  Why focus on normalizing the drop in body pH produced during exercise and sports, as the goal? Because it requires, not only the restoration of  equal levels of oxygen in metabolically-active muscle tissue (V02max) and between small and large muscles, but in every organ of the body. The five neuro-endocrine plexus must be awakened in a specific order to balanced, otherwise it’s not possible to achieve homeostasis at Peak Metabolic Potential (PMP™) for fast recovery within minutes. Click Here » for details.

How do we increase the efficiency of warming up and cooling down, with sufficient efficacy to reduce the risk of heart attack? Body’Fit pH Fitness™ (short form… pHx™) compresses physiologic mechanisms in 7-14 minutes to facilitate peak conditioning. It’s very unique because the faster you do it the more energized you become; you get a complete workout without being exhausted. And you can even exercise at home – safely!

Is your exercise a body fit?

Ever wonder why just about everybody at the gym looks so young? That’s because they are, chronologically. Of course, it’s one thing to exercise when you’re young, it’s another to stay as young with exercise during your entire lifespan. Don’t have to, of course, but you may want to.

Exercise, believe it or not, is the fastest way to balance body pH (essential for faster weight loss & conditioning without immune-stress aging). Exercise is also the fastest way to imbalance body pH (which hammers the immune system accelerating aging). It all depends on whether your exercise is a partial body fit or an exact body fit. An exact  body fit always restores acid-base equilibrium, and a partial body fit always disrupts the chemical balance of the blood and cellular fluid.

Since the rest of the body doesn’t use up extra oxygen as fast as muscle tissue does, deep organs provide a ready storehouse for oxygen reserves. All exercise stimulates nerves and glands to varying degrees, however unless you can systematically amplify circulation in the neural and endocrine centres in the correct sequence that eliminates competition for oxygen between deep organ tissues you can’t expect to experience equal V02max in both small and large muscles throughout the body – as well as in the organs – which is the pre-requisite for balancing body pH balance. Usually there’s no shortcut to exercise because the less you workout the slower the results. It takes a new paradigm to get more out of exercise, faster.

The degree to which your workout fits your body has a lot to do with how motivated we are to train hard and push ourselves to peak performance , and the tools we have to do so without getting old before our time. Of course the vast majority of the population don’t have the motivation to exercise nearly enough, and therefore age just as fast. That’s the rub, isn’t it? How do we fit the body so comprehensively that we can participate safely in competitive sports without endangering our health, and yet exercise with the ease, speed, and elegance to ignite passion for weight loss in a couch potato? It’s a revolutionary concept whose time has come.

Fitness trainers, athletes, and industry leaders have no choice but to train rigorously for competition. Standard training utilizing Specific Adaptation to Imposted Demands (SAID) fits the body to a certain point. SAID conditioning no matter how sports specific, is a partial fit, and that usually becomes very obvious around the age of about 35 when degeneration exceeds recovery. If we don’t want normal day-to-day tension and intends sports training to dampen our spirits and damage our results, exercise design need to consciously take over where our body leaves off. Yoga traditionally has done this, however if it’s not done slowly in the traditional way it can be really hard on the body when our mind overpowers our physical capacity.

Achieving the ultimate purpose of exercise: rejuvenation, requires a normal slightly alkaline body pH so all cells can fire at maximum capacity, otherwise acidity produced by stress tends to draw minerals from vital organs, bones, and hair. Sustaining the integrative anti-aging effect of all-day acid base equilibrium also has a lot to do with the ongoing development of our mind. Balancing the pH daily is what keeps both brain and body vital at any age. Although metabolic rate goes up with any kind of exercise that gets the heart pumping, chemical balance  is also disrupted as soon as breathing quickens. Yoga can balance oxygen levels in all the tissues if done in the traditional way over long hours. But how can we accomplish this quickly within a few minutes when and where we need it?

You know immediately when normal pH balance is disrupted during exercise  because the energy drops. To compress restoration of chemical balance into minutes we need to accelerate the speed of oxygen delivery in all tissues without stress, otherwise it can take the kidneys hours if not days to neutralize body pH (no matter how much water you drink) after a ‘no pain no gain’ workout. Even the most well thought-out fitness program tailored to your individual needs cannot normalize metabolic pH fast enough to be sustainable long term without including this element. It takes specialized engineering to fit the body at the deeper physiological level; and distributing ionic energy evenly through all organs, glands and tissues is the challenge.

As it turns out, what is, is, and similar doesn’t cut it. Since aerobic homeostatic Peak Metabolic Potential™ (PMP™)  cannot be achieved with a partial body fit, and since stress accelerates acid degeneration, exercise not only needs to put all muscle groups into balance, it also needs to balance the pH acidity of blood and cellular fluid if we want to go beyond the limits of what nature provides (even with the best genes). It’s impossible for the human organism to sustain acid-base equilibrium at  peak metabolic rate without an exact body fit at the DNA  level. The good news is that simply by adding a warm-up cool down that does fit the body to your regular training routine you can restore body pH in minutes. The more comprehensive a program of physical exercise is, the more enjoyable. The usual soreness and stiffness after a good workout disappears as if by magic. It’s a wonderful feeling.

Build your knowledge. The technique is now available, it’s easily accessible, and you may as well use it if you’re serious about what you’re doing. When homeostasis, usually disrupted by physical exertion, is sustained even as heart rate reaches training levels, the result is restoration of body pH with speed and ease. The physiologic laws for compression of acid base equilibrium are very precise. To achieve this feat this fast we’ve used contemporary methods to design exercise that warms up the body from the inside out, not the outside in, organs first then muscles.  If you have the passion for accomplishment… 0pt in here.

Unlike North America, farmers in India eat what they grow. And when they see their family’s health degenerate first hand, trapped in GMO contracts and debt, they’ve been committing suicide at a most alarming rate of one every thirty minutes.

Any unnatural substance will disrupt chemical equilibrium making normally  alkaline blood and cellular fluid, acidic. Health depends on the interrelation of all the organs and systems of the body under conditions of pH balance. Neural-endocrine-organ imbalances caused by body pH acidity are compounded by hormonal and nutritional deficiencies. This contributes to poor self confidence, low motivation and a negative mood, and the resulting cellular inflammation is a common link among leading causes of death. Inflammation also plays a role in how fast you can lose fat and gain muscle.

Abstract: Stress, Food, and Inflammation: Psychoneuroimmunology and Nutrition at the Cutting Edge, by Janic K. Kiecolt-Glaser, PhD

As the author point out, if the contributions of diet, physical/ emotional/ mental stress, and behavior to inflammation were simply additive, they would be important. However, several far more intriguing interactive factors include: how stress influences food choices; stress can enhance maladaptive metabolic responses to unhealthy meals; plus acidic exercise and diet can affect mood as well as proinflammatory responses to stressors.

Mechanistic studies have shown how various components can modulate key pathways to inflammation, including sympathetic activity, oxidative stress, and proinflammatory cytokine production. Behavioral studies have demonstrated that stressful events and depression can also influence inflammation through these same processes.

Furthermore, because the vagus nerve innervates tissues involved in the digestion, absorption, and metabolism of nutrients, vagal activation can directly and profoundly influence metabolic responses to food, as well as inflammation; in turn, both depression and stress have well-documented negative effects on vagal activation, contributing to the lively interplay between the brain and the gut.

How can we get more out of both exercise training and nutritional protocols? An example In terms of diet, omega-3 fatty acid intake can boost mood and vagal tone, dampen responses to endotoxin, and modulate the magnitude of inflammatory responses to stressors that imbalance body chemistry. An  exercise system for pH fitness needs to open up deep body circulation, and balance hormones at a homeostatic Peak Metabolic Potential™ faster than the kidneys can. The natural laws for movement and breathing that balances VO2max in all muscle groups and distributes oxygen and electrolytes to all tissues without huffing and puffing at any intensity are very precise.

Exercise designed to stimulates ionic energy that flows along meridians and just under the skin helps prevent the immune stress that promotes proinflammatory cytokine production. In addition to awakening the vagal brain gut connection quickly within in minutes, it’s necessary to trigger the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems sequentially to mitigate cortisol stress if we are to enhance recovery from pH acidity necessary for faster muscle building, restoration of emotional balance, and awakening of cognitive faculties.

Gain a better understanding of how metabolic stressors, negative emotions, and poor food choices work together to exacerbate cellular inflammation  You may want to check if your diet and exercise program is damaging your chances for improving health and weight loss Here.

No Space, No Boundaries, No Unity

Human beings require the structure of space in order to experience freedom. You could say space is what differentiates freedom from slavery.  Free will depends on the health of our body; when we’re depressed and fatigued our will power (spirit) is weak. Break the body and the will eventually breaks, break the will and the body will eventually breakdown. Without personal space there is nothing protecting us against the breaking of  body or will.

This is why external demonstrations of unitu cannot be genuine without the internal unity of our mind and body as an actual fact of neural integration. Aggression is the result of a lack of health, as much as a lack of health is the result of aggression. We need space and privacy in which to fully develop our ‘selves’. There is a need for the completeness and perfection of our energy and health to be actualized, since it’s the basis of our ability to experience the reality of our connectivity with others. The amount of time and space needed is unique to each individual and can only be determined by the ‘self’ since it changes continually depending on circumstance.

The bottom line is internal integrity comes before we can experience our connection with other human beings. Without personal space connection is replaced with co-dependent demonstrations of unity that are meaningless actions since they don’t contribute to our health. They’re experienced as an invasion of privacy, passive aggressive behaviour that voluntarily or involuntarily disconnects us from our own being.

The complete neural integration which gives us control over our mind and body cannot be achieved without biochemical pH fitness (electrolytes in acid base equilibrium). Circulation follows the distribution of electrolytes which become imbalanced under stress that disrupts homeostasis. Without health we cannot fully experience the bond that exists between us as human beings. Furthermore the strength of our bioelectric field depends on all other living organisms. Although bio-electricity may seem ethereal because we can’t see it, it’s real and requires a process for integration between body and brain.

The psychological default of not being able to control the integrity of our own being is that we can neither take personal space nor can we respect the personal space of others. The extent of acknowledgement of personal space determines the extent of our unity. An example that clearly demonstrates where we’ve failed in this is when the Canadian Supreme Court passed a law that has decreed that personal space ends at the curb. Once personal property leaves private property it’s been made into law that we no longer respect a person’s space, protect them from identity theft , or value the importance of privacy.

Eventually we’re faced with the need to understand who we are as human beings, essentially because unity is the pre-established reality, either through aggression or mutual agreement. This is our choice now, and we are at the historical moment for each of us making that decision.

Conditioning without Cortisol?

Well… put it this way, strength and stamina without immune stress anyway. Cortisol is released as soon as physical activity begins (even at the thought of exercise). Actually any kind of stress triggers the fight/ flight response plummeting metabolic pH and adding to inflammation-producing cortisol which stresses the immune system, particularly in Obesityand diminishes muscle mass.

What needs to happen to mitigate cortisol stress? Essentially three interactive responses need to be deliberately engineered into a warm-up cool down workout: 1/ normalization of metabolic pH, 2/ neural-endocrine integration, and 3/ muscle-organ vascular balance. This can only be accomplished with a specialized series of exercises that can elicit the internal balance of all our organic functions. In other words, the appropriate physiologic/ anatomic mechanisms that promote the interrelation of all our organs, need to be directed quickly with a sequence-specific, movement-specific, and breathing-specific exercise rep pattern that follows pre-established natural laws, completely and comprehensively.

The more exacting the design the closer a body pH fit the warm-up cool down workout can give you, with surprising results – and very fast. It’s the difference between endurance and resistance intervals which simply produce cortisol for the purpose of Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands (a necessary component of physical conditioning) and an exercise system that engineers hormone balance logically and naturally in all the endocrine glands, including the production of human growth hormone (HGH) without immune stress, without anaerobic metabolism, and without diminishing muscle mass.

The formulation needs to be rhythmical non-stop and enable equitable oxygenation of all organs, glands and tissues as well as muscle. The same formula must also have the capacity to move the vertebral column with a precision that stimulates each neural plexus in the five anatomical cavities for the purposes of integration of all organ groups. And it must also incorporate the necessary physiologic mechanisms for rapid restoration of a normal metabolic pH chemistry at all degrees of intensity, i.e. without any huffing and puffing, ever.

If you want to make your workout safer, easier and Ignite Passion, warm-up cool down and workout with Body’Fit pH Fitness™ exercise (short form… pHx™)

“Depth of design reveals something fresh and new each time pHx is experienced. With the most economical movement of all the muscle groups within a few short minutes, the neural system remembers it’s wholeness, completeness, and perfection. That’s when the body expresses the mind as much as the mind expresses the body; and this can’t help but Ignite Passion.” Suzanna Aaring 2012

Limbic-System-Exercise, Mood Change

What’s the best way to support the executive directive function of the frontal lobe, pineal gland and limbic system directly is to restore the physiological balance to Ignite Passion, providing a more reliable advancement on the usual psychological self-talk required to convince ourselves to exercise?

When we understand the impact of intense emotional experiences accumulated in the process of growing up, we know that memory creates networks of physical tensions that splits brain and body at an early age. This is one of the reasons that simply playing IQ improvement games fail to fully integrate mind and body. By liberating deeply held physical tensions, we also liberate psychic tensions, because every group of muscle cells is also connected via the neural and endocrine systems to the brain. This signifies anything blocking the extreme of a nerve ending has actually imprisoned it’s corresponding cerebral cell which no longer receives any messages. It is enclosed in a kind of biological anesthesia. We do not want to use these muscles in certain ways because they cause us pain. Therefore we restrict these movements and start patterning more comfortable movements, and as we do this, awareness, cleverness, and the most valuable cerebral functions are lost.

Therefore working just with the mind cannot achieve emotional calm centered-ness deliberately, or can it Ignite Passion spontaneously. Stored tensions remain until released by deep body work combined with physical exercise that aims to integrate gut and brain. This integration can occur very fast if we design a warm-up cool down that follows precise natural laws for awakening the endocrine, neural, and circulatory systems in a specific sequence under conditions of chemical balance, i.e. acid base equilibrium. To achieve the pH fitness integration necessitates, such a series of exercises must be in accord with the sequence of interrelations of our organic functions.
