10 Minutes Any Kind Exercise

…. is better than nothing is the latest word. Especially in cases of obesity where individuals never exercise at all.

Yet why waste your time when you can now alkalize your body pH for optimal healthy weightloss instead of making your body pH acidic even in short bursts of ‘any kind of exercise’.

Acid base equilibrium or pH is one of the critical determinants of good health. Even with short cardio exercise, the body’s pH usually becomes acidic. Discovering exercise movement/ breathing elements that produce an alkaline pH balance, has been a challenge for anti-aging science.

Here’s a 10-minute workout that takes the minimum and gives the maximum. As an added bonus it burns deep viseral fat without the need for strenuous intense exercise intervals. It floods the organs with oxygen, which count for health more than good-looking muscles do… usually circulation to the viscera drops to virtually zero during ‘any kind of exercise’…. and I like the preventative benefit of alkalizing my pH.
