Healthy Convenient Microwave Oven Cooking?
Don’t you just love the fragrance and taste of raw snowpeas, radishes, carrots, or tomatoes picked fresh from an organically grown garden on a summer’s day? Nature’s fast food is probably even faster than popping a frozen dinner into the microwave. Of course not everybody has a patio or window box where they can grow their own vegetables and/or herbs, but it sure is a treat if you’re so inclined, isn’t it?
Fresh vegetables steam heated and crunchy hit the spot, or hot and spicy sauteed lightly for a couple of minutes to make your mouth water. Nutritional value not quite as high as raw food, is it, but still reasonable for putting pepper in your step. Compared to microwaving.
Not quite as fast as the microwave? Microwaving is fast. How fast? Imagine a blade rotating a billion times a second, now times that by a hundred. Nothing could withstand that kind of cutting power! Technically produced microwaves are based on the principle of alternating current so the molecules reverse polarity; in fact, it rotates the molecules 1-100 billion times a second. Structures of molecules are torn apart and deformed. And that’s something even cooking food conventionally till all the nutrients are turned to mush can’t do, can it? Wonder what the molecules look like under an electron microscope? Bon apetite!

Balance Body pH and Restore Your Health – Acid vs Alkaline
is a link to an interesting website that understands the crucial importance of balancing the pH cells with an alkalizing diet. However, to increase the benefits of alkalizing foods and supplements, it’s necessary to perform daily exercise that drives the nutrients deep into the organs of the body. Otherwise the value of an alkalizing diet in pH balance is lost or worse, counteracted as soon as anaerobic exercise makes body pH acidic. While increasing human growth hormone levels (HGH) and building muscle, anaerobic exercise like most exercise unfortunately also reduces circulation to the viscera to below resting levels, actually speeding up aging in the long run.
Is your exercise program fulfilling the ultimate purpose of exercise? A solution is required that not only restores a healthy alkaline pH balance while raising HGH levels but also triggers all hormones in a sequence that increases circulation to the deep organs. If you’d like to avoid follow-the-leader superficial fixes, check out his website. Rather than decreasing circulation to the organs, it offers an exercise program that’s specifically designed to restore youthful agility and vitality, physiologically rejuvenating and revitilizing the body. Do you have an extra 5-15 minutes a day to spare getting your pH in shape? Do your own thinking, it’s worth your health.
Aging Faster but Living Longer – Why?
It’s no secret our health isn’t what it used to be. Obesity, heart and degenerative disease are at an all time historical high…. yet we continue to live longer than our counterparts in previous centuries. Why?
Think about it, oxygen levels in the atmosphere were double what they are today just 200 years ago. The runaway chemical and synthetics industry was not yet born. People’s immune systems didn’t contend with herbicides, pesticides, genetically modified organisms, super flu viruses, and pollutants of astronomical porportions. They didn’t have microwave ovens that accelerate water molecules to billions of rotations per second (the faster the blades go the more cutting power they have) making fast food toxic to health. Nuclear irradiation of food was undreamed of (can you imagine the stress it would have caused). And the deliberate derangement of molecules by clever GMO scientists was unfathomable.
We’re aging faster but living longer. And the only reason longevity is still relatively high, at least to this point, is because we live better. Most of us don’t have to work ourselves to death to make a living, most of us aren’t constantly threatened by a waring tribe, we don’t get extremely cold living or working without central heating, we aren’t sleeping in the dirt or living in hovels without running water… we are enjoying the fruit of labour of those who have.
Longevity is not the product of anything particularily smart about what we’re doing (it’s certainly not due to our addiction to anti-biotics and drugs with endless side effects). No, contemporary longevity is the product of privilege. It may seem like we’re getting something for nothing, but when our inheritance runs out, so will our lack of responsibility need to.
Chefs Leading with Healthy Organics
Ahhh, spa – trends – Chef from Surf and Sand Resort uses organic ingredients in his menues – Brief Article Vegetarian Times – Find Articles http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0820/is_319/ai_113599716
Good taste starts with fresh, organic and artisan ingredients. And it finishes with how much more energized you feel after the meal. If you eat out a lot like a lot of us do, after a while you just don’t want to settle for synthetic GMO potatoes french fried in GMO canola oil with a can of coke sweetened with artificial sugar or worse yet that high fructose sugar, GMO corn sweetener. Ever notice how sluggish you feel afterwards, it just doesn’t energize like organic sugars, oils, and fresh produce, does it? I can’t imagine what you’d feel like after franken burgers, well… let’s not go there.
Fine cuisine is a chef’s passion, so it’s no surprise that they’d be amongst the first to make no compromises when it comes to delicious, nutritious yet beautifully presented organically grown artisan dishes. Food is after-all the basis of life, along with clean air and water, as the crown of creation human being are free to enjoy it all with responsible stewardship. The planet is the only home we have while we’re alive. With manipulation of the pre-established patterns of life-giving vegetables, meats and fruit threatening the food supply on the planet, isn’t it time we elevated our sustaining foundation (diet & exercise) to it’s true status?
Impulse Motivation for Working?
What is the optimal speed at which we are most happy and productive at our work? That has always been a puzzle to me, as there is so much to do and so little time it seems. I’ve found that striving to get as much done as fast as possible is an intellectual solution that doesn’t actually result in more productivity. Eventually you run out of steam and go the other way, instead of a workhorse, you become tired and lazy. No, that’s not the way.
It finally hit me the other day, like a recollection of something I already knew, or perhaps had thought about. How fast one works depends on what the internal impulse of the moment… sometimes that’s faster or sometimes that’s slower, sometimes the work day is shorter, sometimes it’s longer. When impulse drives the speed, no time is lost because you are always the most productive your body and mind can possibly be at that moment. Work becomes not only very enjoyable, but very efficient.

Recollections: Trusting the Process
Writing is a little like taking a leap of faith. You generally know what you want to say, but you don’t know how you’ll say it till the words are on the page. What you have to trust is the KNOWING.
Knowing is not like bits of information strung together to make a meaningful concept, it’s the concept that leads, not information. Assuming the concept is viable, then all the information falls into place. It may seem like I’m going off on a tangent (what does understanding ‘knowing” have to do with a body fit life?), but the fact is our body knows a lot more than we do. Probably more than all the information any computer can hold ever hold. Trying to substitute the natural renewal process with a piecemeal synthetic process is not only highly inefficient, it is also ineffective in terms of providing a lasting solution. That’s why trusting the wisdom of the body is such a prudent idea. But it does require meeting the real needs of the body. The best building blocks to construct the healthiest cells, together with the type of exercise that will distribute the resources equally to each and every cell as it does it’s part for the greater good. The reward… no more social side effects within the universe of the organism; the most complex of interactions and networks run smoothly and effectively.
It works in the physical realm, but also in the emotional and mental realms. Take for instance the different needs of two people in a couple – it seems impossible until you focus on the positive. Only the individual knows what they really need at any particular moment if they are in touch with their bodies, feelings and thoughts. Trusting the ‘knowing’ is the difficult part. It seems so much more secure to control, manipulate and manage each other – to try to replace natural ‘knowing’ with artifical solutions, doesn’t it.
Recollect: The Happyness Factor
It came together clear as a bell this morning. All my past was passified in that one moment. All the mistakes I’ve made, all the trials I’ve had… it was my attempt to find the happiness each of us is destined to find. Just like in the movie, Pursuit of Happyness with Will Smith – we’re able to endure extreme hardship once we can acknowledge what makes us happy and what doesn’t. I realized happiness is the criteria for knowing when we’re in the flow of our own destiny. In past relationships and situations I’ve ignored or denied whatever it was that was not making me happy (I wanted to believe I had reached my destination).
Yet because I’ve had the grace and good fortune to finally reach my happiness destination in my couple for example, it makes all my previous attempts worthwhile. Those past relationships are now ‘all good’; I no longer have to hold any remorse or grudge. I can now embrace the whole of my life.
As a bonus, I’ve learned something of value from each person I encountered along the way, the entire process has enriched my life. Plus I won’t ever have to learn those hard lessons again, and I’m happy beyond measure. I’m with the person I was attempting to find all that time.
It’s the same in the workplace. It doesn’t have to be perfect, however the moment when something in the situation makes me profoundly unhappy… it’s time to trust that if I move on I will be in my flow again. For example, I was helping a friend of a friend out with their business and because I wanted to believe that I was in the right situation, I disregarded my abhorance of the high volume of ‘microwaved’ food items they were (and therefore I was) serving in their coffee shop. Only once I started experiencing the negative effects of microwave leakage (as it turns out the microwave they were using was several years older than the two year limit for protecting operators from door leakage), was I able to face the fact that I was not happy. The thing that helped make that leap was recollecting the axiom “You only have your body”.
Consciousness: Anti-Age Tipping Point
You’ve probably heard it a thousand times… if you do the right thing for your body 80 percent of the time, your body willl take care of itself the rest of the time. And actually, the 80/20 rule does seem to work. Obviously our body is much more capable of handling the stress of poor health habits when we’re a lot younger though, and that’s where I find the theory breaks down. In order to maintain the youthful vitality of my 20’s with advancing age, my body is imperceptively requiring that I take care of it, rather than the other way around.
Instead of being unconscious 20 percent of the time and still get the benefits of anti-aging like I used to, I’m increasingly having to consciously avoid synthetic toxins, eat a diet high in raw fresh fruits and vegetables, Udo’s omega oils and take vitamin’ s manufactured by nature like Umac Core plankton and Lake Klamath blue-green algae, and get the right kind of exercise that restores acid base equilibrium of the body by balancing the pH instead of imbalancing it like most exercise does.
Yeah I used to skip doing my Body’Fit routine a couple days a week (OK maybe more like 3 or 4 days a week), but now I know if I don’t make an intentional effort to do the 7-15 minute exercise program every day (well I am 50-something) I just don’t get to enjoy the benefits of a lithe agile body that comes with it. Or say I’m doing a lower bowel cleanse that requires no raw fish, I need to be very conscious about the 20 percent cheat rule, because for me it’s more like 5 percent on that one.
You see it’s not something you can perscribe for someone else, it really requires listening to what your own intuition is quietly telling you before your body has to scream it at you. And then of course following through takes will power, in the face of peer pressure, etc. Call it character building… we’ll need it by the time the 20 percent cheat is down to 2 or 3 percent, won’t we?
