How does the Health Quiz blog work? It raises questions. Questions that inspire thought, exploration and doing for ourselves, in a way that no one else can.
Afterall freedom exists only in direct proportion to responsibility, doesn’t it? Embarking on a journey of healthy and life-friendly living that fits the body requires some information gathering… or we may not have much fun. And enjoyment is our primary responsibility otherwise we don’t get much done do we?
To that end, ie. attaining greater self understanding, well being, happiness and awareness, my Health Quiz helps to test the water before taking the plunge. Each post focuses on a topical issue in the ebb and flow of information, products, anything that can promote true anti aging health fitness. What is that? For my launch topic I’ve chosen to review the Body’Fit Life website.
Does the name refer to living life with a fit body? Or does it mean a life that fits the body, as in art, music, exercise, health protocols, food, clothing, relationships, environments, anything that conforms to the human organism and doesn’t for it to conform? Perhaps it’s a double entendre – a lifestyle that fits the body, results in fit body. You decide.
Be warned though, it’s certainly not a website to surf if you don’t want to think, explore and do for yourself. It will challenge you, it will suprise you; depending on your point of view it may even shock you.

Is there any truth to the saying “all braun and no brains”? Why is physical training so tough on our immune system?
